That Twitter link is hilarious, how do these people make it through the day?
Are you mocking WW2 vets in their 90s?

Classy.
If that's the same link I watched this am, not one of those heroes mentioned the EU.
I wonder if LBD even had their permission to use those clips in the way they did. scratchchin

Are you still working for Airbus in Toulouse btw?

Give over you big girls blouse...get over it and move on.
That’s a yes then. And you’re defending him.

Surely if you want to celebrate your victory, others can be allowed a wake at the pointless destruction?

As you pop the cork at 1100, just remember not one of you can name a single benefit. Not one.

What you mean after fighting for freedom in WW2 then watching small minded bigots destroy what they helped create?

Their upset is quite understandable really.

WW2 heros are now “bitter old people”. wow.

Good to see that you still talk utter twaddle.

About time I raised a glass to thank Nigel for all his efforts in achieving what so many of us had only dreamed about.

One man, one vision, to release us from the shackles of the EU political experiment. Thanks Nigel.

Marmite character but I did raise a glass to Nige at 11 just now. Better than standing in a crowd drying my tears with an EU flag...

You aren’t paying for it Alfie old son.

He’s nicking it from the very institution he has contributed nothing to while allegedly being there to represent the U.K.

Does the EU have it's own money supply?

How much do the Kinnocks get and what have they done for 17.4 million people?

Point missed Alf.

If this was somebody who had been trying to destabilise the UK for twenty odd years receiving a big fat benefits cheque most would be less than enamoured.

Put Brexit to one side, his taking that money is hardly a ringing endorsement of his character.

I was anti EU before Farage, you say destabalise ythe UK and I say free it, I couldn't give a monkeys because compared the missing millions in the EU budgets, Farage gets peanuts but achieved something I wanted for 25 years and never thought I would see.

Kinnock helped keep Labour out of office for years. Show some gratitude.

Farage on the other hand has cheapened British politics, undermined our reputation and influence around the world, wasted years of government focus, caused pointless disruption to business activity and made it harder for us to trade with a load of our peers. History will not judge him kindly and his supporters will be seen as gullible.

You’ve missed the point again Alf.

I wasn’t accusing him of destabilising the UK.

I was making a hypothetical comparison.

He’s taking a pension from an employer he has contributed nothing to, has sought to consistently undermine and via a funding system that he has continually proclaimed as unjust - until of course it comes to his pocket.

He may have achieved what some what but he’s also evidentially a chancer and a hypocrite.

He deserves a knighthood and a pension bonus IMO.
