I had to laugh when a Momentum person was quoted as saying “We just can’t afford to go into an election with a deputy leader set on wrecking Labour’s chances.”
As opposed to having Corbyn as leader?

New rules for new members soon? Must abide by the marxist bible or whatever. People were concerned when the Tory membership elected Boris, I think the base that supports Corbyn/Len is far larger and holds more potential to keep a wrecking ball in charge.
But the membership are all remain voters so why the PLp is not listening to its members (like Jc always says it does) is confusing. I used to think Ed Balls and Ed Milliband were thick/challenged. How I wish to have that calibre back in the Labour Party.
On R4 recently some members MPs were saying Loer Starmer was the most intelligent person they had ever met.
Then you had Angela Rayner the other week in that long debate apologise to Bercow “I don’t really know the rules but will speak my mind”. You’ve been there years putting your hand up claiming ineptness and then permitted to speak is baffling.

Demanding an end to Brexit is neither Liberal nor Democratic.
Why not?It wasn't the Lib Dems who decided to have the Referendum, in which roughly 30% of the people voted Leave.

Um yes they did - they campaigned strongly in favour of having a referendum. It wasn't the Lib Dems who decided to have the Referendum, in which roughly 30% of the people voted Leave.

Their manifesto pushed for the 2016 referendum.
