How do you spell 'hypocrite' in Swedish, please ?
hycklare I believe. I'll leave it up to the rest of the mocking crew to make something funny out of that.

Personally I think she should be in rehab already and her puppeteers prosecuted for child-programming abuse - but hey, shame my views aren't all over the world's news media.
This .... robbed of her childhood by her abusive subversive lunatic parents , sadly its not just her thousands of other kids are
being used as disciples for the new religion of climate change ...

You are a classic case in point.

I’m not sure why you are on PH you seem not to have a car at all, or are too embarrassed to list your garage.
What I don’t get is that why are you getting so triggered over some stranger getting the p*ss taken out of them on the internet? Get over it, stop whinging because it won’t stop neither will people driving gas guzzlers like me.

It was directed at me. He is just another sad case that goes trawling through people's profiles looking for anything he can use to demonstrate that they are 'better' than you, hence why many of us leave them blank now, purely to annoy them smile.

Simple minded, fair cop, break challenges into manageable bites results in my retirement income being twice the national average wage. My partner ditto. Plus a big wedge of fun money savings for toys. Kids through private education and university debt free and in receipt of the inheritance to purchase houses. 2 out of 3 mortgage free. BTW I’m not old enough to draw my state pension but have been retired your years. It probably won’t change my lifestyle when I receive it.
Oh I say, how vulgar.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8Kum8OUTuk.
It is utterly bizarre behaviour that I have never seen from any other poster on any forum. This constant need to proclaim one's life achievements and wealth to total strangers. It's not as if they are in anyway noteworthy; there is no dedicated wiki page. I know people who have gone from nothing to 9 figure bank balances who talk less about their money. Perhaps they too appreciate the vulgarity.

Why is he trying to justify his life as a success to people all the time? Does he think it grants him gravitas or adds substance to his opinions? Is he trying to demonstrate how much better he is than "us" and that he should be listened to and respected?

Is it a cry for help, some crisis of confidence now that he is no longed employed? Seeing out his days as no longer making a contribution to society yet trying to justify his value to stranger's on an internet? Is he simply trying to convince himself and his own insecurities that he has been a success, all while battling the nagging doubt of failure compared to his peers?

It's fascinating and obscene at the same time to read, much like watching a car crash. But it's all across this forum, not just in this thread; look at what I've done, children in US, private schools, early retirement, look at my money, understand how much more successful I think I am than you etc....utterly bizarre behaviour.
Unfortunately, that needed to be said. It isnt a pretty sight.

But all that "success" has enabled him to spend much more time dicking about on internet forums.

With clips of Forrest fires.

Forrests that have been badly managed and warning that new policies would cause huge fires ‘California’
Fires started deliberately in some cases and stupidly in others.

Apparently that’s evidence,

Brain washing continues

Doomsday cults love a bit of apocalyptic hyperbole. Growing up, the shoutiest voices said there would be a nuclear armageddon. Im still waiting for that one to occur.

I've been driving my Mums car for the last couple of weeks. It has an @ button.

It overrides the stop/start, and I press it every time I get in the car. It stands for one of three things, or maybe a combination of all three:

1) Anti-christ - When I press it Polar bears die, but I stay toasty warm.
2) Anti-Greta - It's my antidote to the hysterical media and hypocrisy
3) Asshole - Yep that's me.

Climate change is happening and there are negative impacts, but we shouldn't overstate them. Seems reasonable to me too. But then I'm not an expert. smile

You have to wonder whether the statue of Greta will be central in the Reception area, or perhaps near the entrance signage to give a greta wink effect on visibility.

School bans children from sending Christmas cards to protect the environment

https://news.sky.com/story/school-bans-children-fr...

A primary school headteacher has been branded a “grinch” after banning pupils from sending Christmas cards. Jonathan Mason, head of Belton Lane Primary School in Grantham, Lincolnshire, said the tradition was bad for the environment. In the letter he wrote: “I have been approached by a number of children recently who are concerned about the impact of sending Christmas cards on the environment."

At which point an opportunity for some science education went begging in favour of pc dogma. Not forgetting maths. 900 million uk Christmas cards generates 126,000 tonnes of CO2 according to the University of Exeter. That's 0.03% of the uk 1% total of the global anthropogenic contribution which is 5% of annually cycled CO2.

A typical Primary school has 420 pupils but this is a small school with 151 on roll according to a recent Ofsted report. Assuming each pupil sends the equivalent of the average 16 cards we have 2416 altogether i.e. 0.00027% of Christmas card CO2.

Then the arithmetic test is to calculate 0.00027% x 0.03% x 1% x 5%.

Followed by the common sense test in realising this ban is really very silly. However the amount of virtue being signalled may have greater mass-action than the carbon dioxide saved, so that makes it ok.

Bah humbug, and if the back of my rapido fag packet needs a service please post corrections.

In the letter he wrote ..

Anyway just imagine how powerful he feels now, forcing his will over children, how righteous.

How dare he, he’s stealing their childhood.

Were I a parent I’m might be as petty as him and burn a load of paper in the back garden to offset his stupidity. Something tells me he won’t ban fireworks at Diwali and eid
