You can see her enthusiasm is waning in her latest speeches. Either she's getting bored now or all the memes are getting to her, or both. Let's hope she takes the hint and her "break" is a permanent one.
This time next year, she'll be a Goth with a drink problem.

Translation.

Every time I repeat on PH'ds those things that my mates in my myopic bubble have seen on their left wing Facebook group pages it gets torn to shreds with logic and facts, historical examples of why these plans are st combined with to much evidence of why the figures are just fantasy. I don't want to play any more.
There's no politics at all on my Facebook page - to be honest I'm not entirely sure why it exists on other people's. I clearly use it differently.

Plus, I'm still on PH after 11 years precisely because I dont really fit the mold on here. I just know when it's not worth bothering.

Recently, there were allegations that when Greta did preach unto the multitudes in Canada, she interfered in the Canadian General Election.

This was on her Facebook page two days ago.

Every election is a climate election. Vote for your children. Vote for the planet. Vote for future generations. Vote for humanity. #GE2019 #UKElection

Trying to interfere in the UK General Election, Greta? Trying to persuade people to vote Labour or the Green Party (many of the sycophantic comments are from lefties), were you Greta?

Congratulations, you've contradicted yourself.

"I'm sometimes called ”political". But I've never supported any political party, politician or ideology. I communicate the science and the risks of failing to act on it.
And the fact that the politics needed don't exist today, neither to the right, left nor center.
If anyone thinks that what I and the science are saying is advocating for a political view - then that says more about that person than about me.
That being said - some are certainly failing more than others".

Bog off back to Sweden and mind your own business!

Apologies; I should have said " ……… in the same way that most places on the internet are echo chambers". Is that not right? Perhaps not, I obviously only see a tiny part of what's out there.

Posting a few memes means I need to calm down? Lol no sorry not happening. The same reason hitler ,Stalin etc etc etc used little girls for their propaganda so nobody would criticise them.

Oh and saint Greta by the way just said this. She’s now talking about executing people can I post pictures now? She still not allowed to be mocked?

Greta Thunberg tells cheering crowd 'we will make sure we put world leaders against the wall' if they do not tackle global warming as she attends climate protest in Turin

And I need to calm down
English is not her first language. She has explained that in Swedish it means to hold accountable.

Don't forget the Lib Dems - they're massively overrepresented on PH (19% PH vs 11% GE) smile

They're even more (163%) over-represented than the Torys are (130%).

Suspect you won't be happy with your victim status being rescinded though biggrin

Ah ha of course and of course you believe the spin, I suppose you also believe she wrote that face saving herself. I get it anything bad she says she didn’t mean. I suppose you’d let off people you don’t agree with so easily.

I think she should be up against a wall too

In the new Swedish sense of course.

Yep Swedish teenager just defined a new Swedish phrase to cover up her threat to murder politicians, despite the fact she's been non-violent for her entire campaign and made a direct Swedish-English translation.

Let's put it in the same box as Katie Hopkins' "final solution" tweet, that despite her supposed intelligence and education, was just a harmless miss-phrased tweet.

what's not to believe? Her message has consistently been to hold politicians and the powerful to account and she has never called for violence. It makes far more sense that she simply used unfortunate phrasing, or had heard the English phrase before but had taken it to mean the same as a similar Swedish phrase. I have enough experience with people speaking English as a second language to know these kinds of things happen occasionally. If you look a the full quote it's obvious what she means and it's easy to verify what the saying means in Swedish.

"World leaders are still trying to run away from their responsibilities, but we have to make sure they cannot do that," she said. "We will make sure that we put them against the wall, and they will have to do their job to protect our futures."

Hard to do your job if you've been shot, isn't it?
