Amazing how Honda Swindon can supply engines to Japan under JIT, with staggering variations in transit times - yet the UK factories can't with Continental suppliers and far lower delivery time variations...
Suppose I should clarify I've designed and implemented multinational JIT operations for quite a few companies...
The same Honda that is closing it's Swindon plant next year? Nice.Suppose I should clarify I've designed and implemented multinational JIT operations for quite a few companies...
Blaming the EU for clapping while you had poo in your hands.
Quote the Brexit lover to prove he's wrong.

Is that the same Nissan Europe that is owned by Renault? Who are their biggest customers in Europe?
I'd suggest its now time for the Brexiteers to start answering questions rather than deflecting away.Question answered...

Yes, it is. 43 nations covered by those 20 agreements. Go through the list.
It's some 80% of FTA trade. 50% of our exports aren't under FTA at all.
At the minute, you're just being a chimp throwing st - and when one lump is returned (like customs unions and FTAs being completely irrelevant to the ability or success of JIT), you're slinging the next one.
I foresee lots of benefits. It's why I voted Leave. That was nearly four years ago now - you want my views on why, go back to those volumes.

Y'all motherfkers losing your minds....
We are hearing peak politics right now, no one has been in the room yet.
The EU is clear, nothing is done till all is done. The UK has set out out a few red lines.
Both sides are playing Russian roulette right now with automatics. Cos politics.

There is the tariffs, also the supply chain issues with Just In Time production that will ravage our car industry. I feel I should qualify that statement with the fact that I work for one of the largest polymer automotive component manufacturers in the world.
Are you going to be repeating the whole discussion from the last three years, or just part of it?A quick question for you - how much are the proposed tariffs, and how much has the pound dropped against the Euro since the Referendum result? Can you figure out the overall change that equates to?

This looks like the face I expect one might pull when being surprised by one of those fancy, Japanese automated lavatories.

Its a zero sum game and every loss of Britain is a win somewhere in the EU.
The EU should close all borders with the UK then, refuse to accept our certifications and regulations, end passporting and ban trade with the country.
What could possibly go wrong?
I never said "close the borders".
Its this kind of low intelligence baseless assertion that is infecting the Country.
What they SHOULD do is twist the knife at every chance they get that will benefit the EU.
I'm completely amazed at how clean they have been playing so far.

BTW it’s impossible to buy Parmesan cheese or champagne from anywhere other than the EU.
I don’t think anyone wants his cheap knock offs.
