The only poster taking obvious glee from the plight of others, that I have seen, is you.......and no matter how many times you pretend to care now.....your previous failures to admit your mistake are there for all to see.
It seems as though he’s probably one of those Remainers that was looking forward to Brexiteers dying in a desperate bid to avoid Brexit!Budgie really is a toxic little ****

Your comments about Nadine Dorris were an excellent example of where you took on board your own advice
Your wish a few years back to see "old people die quickly" was another
Toxic was an understatement
I'm worried that the current situation is affecting your mental health - do you have family or friends around you (be mindful of social distancing) at this difficult time? It's important to look after yourself and I'm not sure posting away on here is doing you any good either.
Maybe have a break, go and have a sit down and a nice cup of tea.
You will feel better for it.

What a laugh, London (and the USA) caused a massive banking crisis in 2008 thanks to exactly this.
The UK/London has been the best in setting low prudential rules, pre-banking crisis London standards we're even lower than the US. London gave banks ample room to set up shadow banks through SIVs that could be kept out of the books causing an influx of securitized assets generated by for instance US investment banks that didn't receive so much lenaycy at home. The banking supervision in London pre-banking crisis was even paid for by the banks themselves. The bonusses in banking were the highest in the world, all incentives for taking risk.
So pre-banking crisis London did everything to accomodate and please bankers with low prudential rules and oversight and post banking crisis London suddenly has the highest standards ?
Again, what a laugh.

Take your own advice please - I think you need a break from this "board" - you aren't thinking straight at all I'm worried that the current situation is affecting your mental health - do you have family or friends around you at this difficult time? You've always been a "little Nigel" on Brexit matters but of late you seem much more angry, and wound up, hence my concern. Rational thoughts are no more, it's just abuse. This is why I'm worried about you.
If you are on your own, there are still people you can speak with by telephone to get that little bit of support.

You might want to look at the history of the EU.
The EU and European citizenship were established when the Maastricht Treaty came into force in 1993.[18] The EU traces its origins to the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) and the European Economic Community (EEC), established, respectively, by the 1951 Treaty of Paris and 1957 Treaty of Rome. The original members of what came to be known as the European Communities were the Inner Six: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and West Germany.

Aren’t these the same older people you apparently wanted to die a few years ago?Soon, there will be 4,000 mostly older patients fighting for their lives on ventilators in that building.
Stay at Home, Protect the NHS, Save Lives.
Utterly sickening.

Deleted my post as I accidentally posted it in the wrong thread Soon, there will be 4,000 mostly older patients fighting for their lives on ventilators in that building.

Little bit of advice in dealing with Budgie - laugh at him - no need to do any more than that - the evidence of his true persona is all over the "board"
modus operandi is always the same - The aim of his posts are to be able to escalate the posts to a point where he can press the report button
Please don't give him the satisfaction he craves to rid the thread of those that don't agree with him

One could say some of the posts are deliberately inflammatory and provocative with a design to provoke the required response.
It's best the posts go ignored or any response carefully worded to avoid the inevitable!
If in doubt, accuse someone of having mental health issues.
Floating on Cloud 9 at EU border CV19 challenges, quoting brexitcentralesque negotiation soundbites for the ill-informed whilst of course starting with a traditional condescending yawn, and now accusing those with a different view of having mental health issues - as that's always a good thing to joke about, isn't it?
Pure class fellas, you're all having a great day.

Talk of class from DeepEnd (other names are available) was too much and it went pop.
Thankfully the Chinese seem to be back manufacturing so getting a replacement shouldn't be too difficult.

I missed your bit about gleefully telling the EU to sod off, wouldn't want you to feel isolated from the others. On cloud 9. The meaning was very clear, the sheer delight at CV19 pressure on the EU making it more likely "we" (in your view) could stick two fingers up at the EU.
That's exactly what you meant, just like "isn't it awful about Nadine".
