I had the bright idea of unblocking a drain using a jet washer hose (without the gun part) to clean a drain.

All went well, until I tried to pull the hose out, and it is stuck fast about 3m in to the pipe. Hose is about a cm thick.

Anyone any tricks to get it out?

Try twisting it as you pull.

Any luck? I’d go for a push pull, rotate, flushing the loos empty the bath etc

Can you push it forward any more and maybe retrieve it from a man hole further down stream?

I'd be more worried about why it is stuck - old drains? A partial collapse which your hose is caught up on?

This one was the winner!

Flushed the toilet with some washing up liquid in it, and a quick push and pull later, the hose was out!
