No one would get through the debate, ive been watching for 5 minutes and he’s said it about 4 times already and he’s not even had a question about Brexit.

We’ve had Oven Ready and 50,000 more nurses aswell

Most people agree Boris is a bellend, but if the tories fail to win a majority the country will forever be in a state of purgatory, unable to resolve anything on Brexit. Voting non tory is voting to fk up the country indefinitely.

I'm too pissed to play now, a couple of 'Take back controls' just finished me off.

Such bourgeois displays of wealth are best disposed of in that circumstance anyway!

The Tories wont want to have an event with protestors with banners present because the news media/social media will run with it and they will be giving free publicity to Labour. Campaigning has to be very focused and on message otherwise it is counter-productive.
The thing I can't work out is if (as tory supporters will tell you) Corbyn & Labour are so utterly awful and you must vote tory to keep them out, why are said supporters so utterly terrified of Johnson being let out in public ?
.
What is "being let out in public" got to do with choosing whether or not to hold an event with political opponents holding up placards opposed to your message in the background confused

As far as I am aware the national media don't tend to cover these small campaigning rallies. Their primary purpose is local. To gee up some activists and to let people know Boris has visited their constituency. That is all, they are not opportunities to "meet the public", nor do they have any other deeper purpose.

Corbyn doesn't have to put up with the same as the Conservatives don't send activists to follow him around.

That's just nonsense. This is just the start of Brexit. We still have years of trying to have our cake.

Actually it will be an end to Brexit and the start of a transition period, we would have left

"After 55 minutes we still don't know what Corbyn's deal would be, nor if he would back it"

"Labour always end their time in office with an economic crisis, Corbyn and McDonnell would start their time with an economic crisis"

The domestic firefighting alone would tie Labour's minimal competency up for years.

I wonder if BoJo will be watching the Queens speech on Christmas morning as PM?

Watching, he'll probably be mentioned in it.

Wasting her time twice in the year, the prorogation and the Queens Speech.

He could always watch it on Christmas Eve via the Angela Catchup Channel.

I don't think it is, this will rumble and trundle on down the years, the names a morphed into a bigger thing now. The next plan I expect from Tory spin is to distance and from Brexit to try to make it go away (post win and exit). But it will remain especially if the Tory machine messes up, I don't expect them to get it right one bit. A huge number didn't vote for it, that number will not forget, and you will have a new load of voters coming on tap for the next general election that will remember this. Could end up with the trots in yet and it will BoJo's fault.

Then there are the deals needed to make us great as Boris says we can. Easy deals he says.

Much like it has, and will continue to do, for the Tories. Yay.
