I don't think it is, this will rumble and trundle on down the years, the names a morphed into a bigger thing now. The next plan I expect from Tory spin is to distance and from Brexit to try to make it go away (post win and exit). But it will remain especially if the Tory machine messes up, I don't expect them to get it right one bit. A huge number didn't vote for it, that number will not forget, and you will have a new load of voters coming on tap for the next general election that will remember this. Could end up with the trots in yet and it will BoJo's fault.
Then there are the deals needed to make us great as Boris says we can. Easy deals he says.
Yep, Brexit is too difficult for them so they'll slip it under the rug at some convenient point, maybe a minor war or natural disaster. Then there are the deals needed to make us great as Boris says we can. Easy deals he says.
Much easier to just spread a bit of panic about labour being the harbingers of the communist apocalypse.
Quite a good read
Gina Miller: how I won against the government – and what you can do next
One sentence probably sums up Johnson's ability to tell the truth nicely.
"The final letter from the government’s legal department arrived on 27 August at 5pm, promising that I need not go to court because prime minister Johnson would not be proroguing parliament. The next morning the decision to prorogue was announced."

That doesn't sound like a lie. That sounds like incompetence. But of course, it suits some people to make this an attack on Boris' personality.
Keep up the tactics, 'stewie.

Loyalists will find any excuse to avoid recognising that Johnson is a liar. Everything is always someone else's fault. The personality cults that surround Johnson, Farage, Corbyn, Trump and so on are astounding.
Ho ho ho.. I never said Boris isn't a liar - he's a politician, and I regularly see his lips moving.
However, there's a difference between calling people out as liars, and seeing every last single event as evidence for your biases. Particularly in the case of 'stewie who has very specific issues with one side of the debate
It's interesting you think I'm a 'loyalist' to Boris. But do carry on with your assumptions, wildly incorrect as they are

Just pointing out more lies from a liar.
If you don't want to have your lies pointed out then perhaps don't lie.

No tactics eh? Say it enough times....
Who are you claiming lied here - the government's legal department, or Boris? Take your time with that one..

Still you crack on defending it.

That was a good one. I saw him live in Newcastle a few weeks back and he got a standing ovation at the end (I'll add for balance that he was equally as critical of Corbyn through the performance as he is to Boris in this video).IforB said:
