Good head to head between McDonnell and 'billionaire philanthropist' John Caudwell:

Caudwell tore him to tatters. And when asked about Billionaires, McDonnell say 'some in the Party have a problem with it, when in fact HE was the one that first said 'no one needs or deserves to be a billionaire'. Gutless wker was too scared to repeat it to the mans face. It proves he just can't be trusted and is a liar.
McDonnell is a bitter, nasty piece of work. You can see how annoyed and irritated he was by Caudwell at one time scoffing at him, saying "I get it, I understand." in order to try to shut Caudwell up, then at the end he laughs and says he enjoyed it. Lying sod, he detested every moment he was in the company of a self made billionaire!

What disgusts me about Momentum and, hence, the current Labour proposition, is the divisive language of hate being preached against the affluent and/or successful. Making the malcontent believe they have someone else to blame for all of their difficulties has history.

At least it makes a change from blaming the Jews.

The politics of not only envy but hate. It works well to make people feel like victims. It makes those same people desperately unhappy and even ill, of course, but it works for winning votes.

It also keeps people down, it removes aspiration and ambition and helps to keep them dependent.

I take your point and you are sort of right, but actually, it's because they associate jews with wealth (an anti semitic trope in itself) that those on the hard left behave in an anti semitic manner - in their mind, minorities are poor & oppressed but jews are rich and oppressive.

I had one argument about labour AS with a Corbyn supporter who turned round and said jews are just complaining about AS because they are worried about the increased tax we will have to pay and our offshore wealth which would come under attack.

Essentially, jews and the succesful are part of the same group in labour's eyes

"My policies bring all the boys to the yard..." music

I'm a little disappointed that Jeremy Corbyn would be involved in the exploitation of those poor young women's sexuality for political gain

One could easily point to Jewish kibbutz as a wonderful example of socialism at work. Stereotypical thinking is both lazy and damaging

That changed a long time ago. I was in Israel in 1996 and Thai workers doing all the work was the norm for a lot them. Cheap labour.

Real kibbutz ideals did work at the place I was at however and it was very interesting indeed:

That's a generalisation about others generalisations but looking at how widely they hold the notion that Tory voters are sort of villain, traitor, or worse if they're from a working class background, or otherwise an elitist Toff, then they're probably not that interested in the nuances.

Would that be like the generalisation that all labour voters are communist sympathising antisemite vegans who are professionaly offended and are far left Marxists?

No, neither helps.
Currently Labour as in the Party are far left with momentum clearing the stables of moderates.

Well, that will be all that is left soon, your question was about the future was it not ?
