I'm sure the human/toad hybrid will be able to fool enough of his devotee's to fund his next project after a few populist rants on his wireless programme. Then he'll spend the next few years rabble rousing (and convincing his hapless flock to march the length of the country without him) before deciding not to object to anything the tory party wants.

After all, the tory party are really who faaragne wants to be accepted by and wants to be part of, but even the most extreme tories know the human/toad hybrid is utterly toxic.

Not sure there's much point trying to discuss it between those who descend on these threads to derail them.

Has there been anything said about what the electoral reform would be? I'm assuming he'd be after PR given his experiences, but that misses some benefits of FPTP. I think it'd be more popular than AV just because it's less complicated.

The HoL is an undemocratic, weak control, but I think it broadly works in practice. I suspect Farage has misjudged the mood on these two and particularly the overlap with his existing support base - though maybe that's deliberate, perhaps we'll see the champagne socialists singing his praises in time.
Well I did tell them to "fill their boots" in the OP. edited to add: right on cue ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Not seen any proposed reform details but I found the ERS link quite interesting on a scan read.

HOL reform has been mooted many times but not sure there is sufficient appetite / dissatisfaction to abolish it.

So all in all I agree he may have misjudged the mood on these two and Brenda from Bristol was right in that most have had enough of politics for a while.

etc think about your career not making a difference ,tell people what they want to hear ,be insipid .... she will be a local councillor in no time and good chance of becoming an MP...
What on earth has that got to do with what I was saying? Oh well, nevermind. Oh, in case you were unaware, the election had been moved to the 14th.

Human/toad hybrid actually. Did you send St Nige any of your money?

Do you agree with his racist posters?
Do you agree with him not standing as a MP and letting his flock down?
Do you agree with him when the said if Brexit is a disaster he could go and live abroad?
Do you agree with his views on an insurance based system healthcare rather than the NHS?
Do you agree with him providing a political platform for his more extremist devotee's?

The UK population deserves better than this contentious individual and his populist rabble rousing agenda, plus his despicable fund raising that enables him a lifestyle that many of his befuddled supporters could never afford.

In the UK you get a whole choice of people to vote for and you should be thankful for that. You don't like him or his party/agenda, fair enough - vote for someone else.

You feel suitably motivated to erroneously suggest I called someone a toad but refuse to address my question regarding St Nige's racist poster campaign...!!! This says all we need to know about you.

Additionally, nobody will be able to vote for St Nige in the general election as he is refusing to stand as a MP. The man is a fraud, who preys on vulnerable peoples unfounded fears and concerns.

Didn't he explain this was because they were all aged around 18-30 and questioned why there were no women, children and elderly with them? Suggesting they're all economic migrants?

The above poster has been done to death on here and is pointless going over it again. It is racist.

Once again faarange promises to reinvent himself but he always attracts the same crowd. He is a rabble rouser, nothing more and he will prove it again with his new cash cow. It won't get him accepted by what he really covets though - the tory establishment.

But is it racist? Or just open to interpretation?

Precisely

The current iteration of the Tory party isn’t going to bend as regards the HOL.

The idea of having a pop at the supposedly privileged nobility will play well to the demographics mentioned already on this thread and will go down a storm as he continues his courtship of the US alt-right media ahead of his almost inevitable move to the US and a lucrative gig on Fox News.

I think that depends on how you view your fellow human beings.

Yep. It's racist if you look at the poster and just see the skin colour of the subjects. It's not, if you just see a metaphor for large numbers of people migrating over a border.
