Since no one was injured, I’m quite enjoying this to be honest

Driver is an idiot and is lucky he didn’t seriously hurt/kill someone.
The autonomous technology has not exponentially improved to perfection in the last three years as predicted by tech junkies? Shocker... On the bright side maybe the driver will learn to never trust a machine with his life without precautions.

I was in a recovery truck not too long back and the driver was telling me that there was one that missed an articulated lorry and got wedged under the rear end. He said it was a nightmare when the batteries go flat and they need recovery because they can't be opened and Tesla always want them returned for invetigation. He said this particular instance took 24 hours to get the car out due to needing to pick the trailer up from the back to release the car and there were no resources available.

My BiL drives recovery trucks - Teslas are the most hated cars by those guys for that very reason.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
