Keir and Lisa - I agree with you that they are doing what they need to do to win THIS election.

Becky is either the best liar of them all, or is genuinely the thickest.
I go for the latter.

Starmer's a weasel.

I quite like Nandy. Comes over as honest and knows which way is up. But cannot see her as leader, at the dispatch box etc. It's a shame Labour don't have a decent candidate that she could run with as possibly in a decade she'd up for it. She's already head and shoulders above all the women that have sat on the front bench for Labour recently. But that's not the highest bar!

With reference to Jeremy offering to serve in a shadow position.
What about deputy leader then if heaven forbid the leader is taken ill he could deputise and should that illness ;last a long time and an election be called he could lead the party into the next election.
Just a thought

Labour not learning. After their burning at the stake partly fuelled around anti-Semitism, they're now attacking the Indian community via Patel and Sunak principally. Claiming Conservatives are being supported by and in thrall to the Indian community. So Labour is arguably racist too. This is going to end so well for them. :sarcastic:

Way things are going beginning to wonder how many years they will be out. Reckon there might be a fair few of us old farts who might never see another Labour govt. Good bloody riddance judging by the current shower.

At the last Labour conference I think they passed some sort of vote on Kashmir, which was not well received.

Also clearly they don't like Modi very much.

I would also be interested in any evidence of this.

Ignoring the trans language, is using "comrades" conducive to getting elected in this country?

Of course- as a wealthy middle class country where poverty involves getting a free house, free food and free money, where education and healthcare is free, and homeless people have iPhones, what could be more appealing than the state taking everything away from everyone and redistributing it according to their ideas of priority, in the style of several historic countries that did the same, leading to millions starving and the state having to secure their borders to stop an exodus of people leaving to come to countries that have a system like what we presently have here now. Yes a real vote winner.

Why are you trying to bring Scotland into this ?

Oh so "Uncle Tom's Cabinet" comments are just about competence are they? If you look at the stuff floating about on social media it's truly horrific.
