Poor old Emily!! I had to pop and check that one of my wishes had actually come true!

Surely this tells her something? She behaves like Labour Royalty and only got through to this last phase by the skin of her teeth and has now miserably failed to get into the final ballot!

Deluded arrogant bint.

Can’t stand her and her false joviality and laughing at her own jokes in debates any hustings..... awful woman!!
I'll have a week of rest now, then it's back to the day job of holding this wretched Tory government to account on its foreign policy, and doing so with the same passion, tenacity and forensic skill I've shown for four years in that role

hahahahahahahaha forensic skill what a load of crap.
When asked 'why did you tweet a picture of a house with an England flag hanging up' she responded 'because my brother in law is a builder and drives a white van'. If she thinks one person who reads that believes that then it shows what an unterly deluded fool she is. Can't stand her.
I defy ANYBODY to remain completely unaffected by living in 'our bubbles' and away from 'reality'.

I do personally live in what could be described as 'living in a bubble' and not experiencing what some (as I have done above) would describe as real life/reality.

No matter how hard I may try - and I really do try at times - I do not believe that it is truly possible to be absolutely 100% objective at all times - even when trying very hard.... I have to admit that I find myself STILL being swayed or influenced by in depth, possibly indoctrinated thought processes even when trying to ignore the voices.

Does anybody who knows Fivebellies well and lives in her 'circle' feel strongly enough to try and ground her in reality? Or is it self perpetuating and they, in turn, think she really is one of the people and is loved enough to stand as Leader?

I ask again (and apologies for all of the 's and emphasis on certain words) is she utterly clueless or simply completely deluded? There is a strong argument that she is not 'thick'.

Why is it that when we have a general election - we the masses have approximately 14 hours to go and vote, yet the much smaller electorate of the Labour party seem to need over a month ?

Ludicrous isn't it ?
I recall James Callaghan staying on as leader for a long ish time but since then its been a lot quicker.
This is as much to do with the far left/ momentum side of the party wanting to control/ stage manage the handover

I am most definitely not a st !

Anyway, the most telling clue to who is likely to be the next leader will be to find out which of them gets a ticket for Glastonbury this year ?

Dunno if anybody's bothering to watch this "debate" on C4 this evening, after all it's not something that the majority of us can vote on so not sure why C4 think people care enough that this needs a prime time slot. But SIR Keir's "Beaker" voice is absolutely doing my head in. No way can I take him seriously in PMQs!

Also why are C4 letting him get away with dropping the SIR. If he so badly doesn't want it now, then ask him why he doesn't renounce it and return his knighthood.

Personally hoping for a Wrong Daily victory just for the entertainment value.

This will win back Don valley and Bolsover guaranteed!

Women in the comments aren’t happy!
Having seen the reaction RLB received for this, the other candidates for leader and deputy have also gone for it. It is a tough time to be a leftie with potential leaders that are this desperate to lose.

Has starmer adopted it? Hadn’t seen that. Shame. Would have thought he would have known better.

I had a quick search on line and found a Mumsnet thread that said he signed a different pledge, not the one that listed those women's groups as hate groups, but one that still allowed for self-identification.

Reading that thread there are many women very worked up about this and I don't think bubble dwellers realise how this goes down with many women. They also don't appear to appreciate how many who promote this cause seem to be out and out misogynists.

Yeah, I wish they'd just hurry up and decide who's going to be the one to sack Angela already.

Wrong daily has said she would offer Jeremy a place in her shadow cabinet as Foreign Secretary. Just when you think the Labour leader hopefuls have reached peak stupidity. They seem to be going all out to ensure they will never be in power...

With his track record she is going to make him one of the most senior shadow ministers? Give me strength...….

Although as I have said myself, all she is doing is trying to win THIS particular election firstly and then I bet she moves towards the centre if she does get the job! Nobody can be stupid enough to do otherwise surely?????

And he has gladly accepted that invitation should Wrong Bailey win the leadership contest.

Keir and Lisa - I agree with you that they are doing what they need to do to win THIS election.

Becky is either the best liar of them all, or is genuinely the thickest.
