So trump last night touted faked jobs figures, whilst trying to link it to George Floyd
“Hopefully George is looking down right now and saying this is a great thing that’s happening for our country,” President Trump said, mentioning George Floyd while touting the jobs report. “This is a great day for him. It’s a great day for everybody.”

Not quite as low as teargassing your citizens for a photo op but pretty low.
Joe Biden
@JoeBiden
George Floyd’s last words, “I can’t breathe,” have echoed across our nation and around the world.
For the President to try to put any other words in his mouth is frankly despicable.

Biden leads President Trump among white college-educated women 67% to 28% in new NPR/PBS/Marist poll out today. In 2016 the same poll was 51% Clinton, 44% Trump
the big polls are the primaries, there are some new Biden results today but i don’t have time to go through to swing states just now but i might do if i have time later.this is the state of Wisconsin, this the maths problem biden faces and to win Biden has to break the primary model entirely, he can do that but the probability is currently around 10%, still in with a shout but it’s a wing and a prayer due to a split voter base competing against a non-split voter base. Biden is more popular than Hilary there but the maths indicates that it’s not enough.

Everyone else against Biden is a spent force, Biden now has enough votes to be the candidate.According to an analysis by Politico’s Jeff Greenfield, recent voting trends combined with Donald Trump’s unpopularity with the electorate will likely see Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) lose his power following the November election.

I think the floating voters might be expressing their unhappiness now but. come November, they'll flock back to the GOP. Admittedly I'm a pessimist. and the 2018 elections did see a noticeable shift towards the Dems but that always happens in the mid-terms and they might be a protest vote. Donald just needs to keep tweeting in caps "2ND AMENDMENT!!!", "IMMIGRANTS!" and so on and the hard of critical thinking will get scared.According to an analysis by Politico’s Jeff Greenfield, recent voting trends combined with Donald Trump’s unpopularity with the electorate will likely see Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) lose his power following the November election.

and it's an opinion and based on current trends, and I know things can change, but ... (this is from the trump thread)
The electorate (well some of them) believed trumps rhetoric about the US needing an outsider, all the establishment were in a swamp etc. He is after all gifted at speaking to his supporters, a talented grifter.
But after 3.5 years there's nothing to show for it apart from an increased gap between the rich and the poor, a further $5.2tn on the national debt, remember trump promised to eliminate the national debt after 8 years. There's been no investment in infrastructure, which is still dilapidated after McConnell blocked everything Obama wanted to do. On top of that unemployment peaked at 41m, 110,000 dead because he ignored the impact of CV-19, then tried to blame eveeryone else.
trump himself said his two successes were killing a couple of foreign guys that weren't causing any real trouble, then making up stories that 'many, many embassies' were threatened. remember trump did this for the optics leading to an election.
trump has instead spent his time golfing, directing money to his business/pocket, or seeking personal praise.
Yup, sticking up an experienced, safe, committed to the country, almost boring candidate after all that looks like a perfectly good move. It's playing the safe card whilst trump practices scorched earth as he gets more desperate. Bidens not going to win this, trump is going to lose it.
Already there are signs

We know many GOP senators aren't standing again rather than face up to trump.

It says I can edit the poll, presumably take out everyone apart from Biden and Trump, but I've no idea if the current votes still remain
In that case perhaps it would be helpful to update the poll voting, perhaps the mods could help with this?https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
Lets see how it goes, can this one be locked?
