So everywhere is still shut in Scotland? Pubs, bars, restaurants. barbers, cinema etc and now tourism.

Is Sturgeon deliberately trying to bankrupt Scotland so she can somehow blame Westminster......? It doesn't make any sense in such a sparsely populated country.

I think hotels are opening soon are they not? I havn't looked it up, but my better half is threatening to book something tonight . So I assume it's happening soon? My local town was buzzing today. Everything open and busy. If not already open, preparations clearly going on for 6th or 15th.

Not a single mask in sight though. Weird, as local facebook etc is all for it, yet not a single mask seen today. Perhaps everyone is making the most of it before it becomes mandatory .

Basically yes. Brought to you by the same ahole who hasn't insisted on masks for three months while the virus has all but disappeared, yet starting at some random point next week we've all to wear them?

She is an utter . The cult of Sturgeon has to end.

The sight of those loonballs with their plethora of flags and daft outfits really does make one laugh. It's hilarious. They are so brainwashed and fanatical, screaming obscenities at random drivers as they cross the (imaginary) border into Scotland. To get to that layby on the A1, I'm fairly certain they will have had to cross the 'border' into the despised England, then come back on themselves northbound. The irony is delicious.

Recording and publishing the registration numbers of innocent motorists is slightly more sinister and Orwellian, however. It will be most interesting to see if Sturgeon the nodding donkey will publicly condemn some of her most zealous and xenophobic cult acolytes.

Pride of Scotland.
Here’s why Sturgeon polls highly, far too many of these types in Scotland.

Masks 10th July. Pubs 15th July.

Pubs are predicted to increase R. Masks will mitigate this. It's not rocket science is it.

Emerging evidence supports use of masks. What's your excuse?

Who do you want in charge. Bolsonaro? Trump?

so why did they not make masks mandatory 1 or 2 months (or even weeks!) ago? if they will be so effective, surely we could have reduced the spread of the virus even quicker???

why do we only need them to negate the increase because of the pubs?

  • Recommended masks for three months and is now wanting them mandatory now that pubs, hairdressers and restaurants are opening back up
Technotard believes this to be “random” laughlaugh

No it doesn't. The evidence is exactly the same as when the size of the SARS-CoV-2 virion was first established. We discussed it months ago and the virion hasn't changed in size in that time. Political expediency on the other hand.....

Straw man argument.

You won't reply though because you claim to be ignoring me when what you mean is you read this but know you have no riposte to me.

Yes it would have been good with hindsight. But the evidence is only recently emerging on the efficacy.

CDC for instance only published updated guidance with evidence 6 days ago.

Just look at the list of references at the end of that link. Two predate this pandemic, one by over a decade. Others are not research at all, just metastudies.

'Emerging evidence' my arse.

But not mandatory in newly opened pubs, hairdressers or restaurants? Only in shops and on public transport.

It's to mitigate the increased risk of opening up more risky places like pubs. The measures don't need to map exactly.

Not really possible to wear masks whilst putting things in your mouth.

Trot along like a good little sheep then, behind your darling shepherdess Sturgeon.

Some of us prefer freedom. Real, actual freedom, to make our own decisions, not the fake freeeedumb your indy pals want, to jump into bed with failing states like Greece, Ireland and the rest.

WTF will we you when she goes? In all seriousness there's going to be a pretty big void to fill (yes Cherry is plenty big enough to fill it hehe), she absolutely dominates everything, from the party, to the pretendy parliament, to her manky coupon being an ever present fixture on our screens. How will you cope when you don't have her instructing you every day? Telling you what you can and can't do? Dictating what is acceptable and what is offensive?

Give him his due, he didn't volte-face the way G-Morto did when his beloved idol spake forth on the issue.

I still think this mask thing will be Sturgeon's undoing - the policy makes no sense (regardless of sam's mental contortions about 'mitigation') and there will be resistance for that reason.

Please, entertain us all with your woeful tail of how face masks breach your “real freedom”.

The delusions of grandeur are unbelievable laugh

I was always sceptical of the term “privilege” being banded about by the likes of BLM, feminists etc but when you have someone literally crying like a toddler about being oppressed for being asked to wear a face mask you realise that pirvilege is indeed a real thing and oh my god is it pathetic hahaha.

What a delicate little snowflake you are. Can you please dm me your address? I want to send a first class white feather to you.
