The joke is that they think they can actually have fine control over people's behaviour. And Kranky is no worse than Bojo here.
Anecdotes. GP doing home visits tells me loads of people are totally ignoring the mixing households rules. Even when it's a suspect Covid case she is going to.
The porters room at a major hospital tonight. 5 porters without masks in a room 12ft sq.
Some friends and family following the hygiene and avoiding handshakes etc but making their own decisions on visiting other households.
On the train today only half of passengers wearing masks. Ignored by the guard.
Radio Scotland, a teacher saying distancing completely broken down among the kids at her secondary school.
People travelling 30 miles to areas with fewer restrictions for socialising.
