45th President of the United States, Donald Trump (Vol. 8)
Discussion
trump: "Stock Market starting to look very good to me!"
IS that because he's insider dealing?
Down again significantly yesterday and it's claimed Coronovirus is only one reason.
Uncertainty if Sanders gets nominated: “The risk to U.S. stocks is pretty significant if Bernie gets the nomination,”
The stocks are artificially high: Even before the market slump this week, the value of stocks has been viewed as rich.
Government bonds yields have been sliding steadily as investors seek safe havens, and thus drive up bond prices,
recession fears: “Much of the immediate economic impact of a pandemic can be traced to the efforts to contain it, rather than from the effects of the disease itself. As we attempt to quarantine those who might spread the disease, we shut down a lot of economic activity.”

No, I have academic sources and reputable third party investigation.
You are the one dismissing things and drawing false equivalence. You two are the ones who are happy with a leader who will lie.
So both of you are happy with anything Trump does as long as you get the outcome you want?
More lies are told about Trump than are told by himYou are the one dismissing things and drawing false equivalence. You two are the ones who are happy with a leader who will lie.

Nationwide petrol prices are around $2.20/gallon.
Here they are around $5.90 a gallon. Just saying. Distances in the US though are huge, so historically petrol prices are kept low to allow the necessary mobility of people and goods.
And I'm not sure about that $2.20 figure anyway - it was around $2.60 in Atlanta last November and this site suggests it's not been below that level in most of the US for quite some time.

How about an official US government source which disproves the $2.20 figure? https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/
Can't see it dropped below $2.20 any time since Trump took office?

Are you being simple? The media is left leaning; they back certain left leaning politicians. They even announce official endorsements. What is the mystery in the connection? And you think that's enough to shut down any discussion here of Trump's actual behaviour. That's just not going to work. Look, you are now up to 30% of all postings, desperately trying to drown out the actual discussion of the actual thread subject.

Remember a UK gallon is about 1.2 times the size of a US one though, so you can't compare prices directly.

It was around that when I was in Tampa recently. I guess like here it depends which station you go to, where it is in the country...

As long as he continues to do the job he was elected to do and to continue to keep his voters happy, Trump will carry on. Yes, this makes me happy as it is Democracy giving people a voice. You may not like what that voice is saying but there is a clear path to remove Trump in November, good luck to the competition, if he is evil incarnate, he will surely lose. You are the one dismissing things and drawing false equivalence. You two are the ones who are happy with a leader who will lie.
So both of you are happy with anything Trump does as long as you get the outcome you want?
By all means turn your convincing evidence over to CNN, i am sure the five people left watching the station will be gripped.

Jimbeaux claimed nationwide average is around $2.20, yet the Tampa price is about the lowest in the country. Takes some strange maths for the average to be less than that
Jim is Kellyanne Conway.aicmfp
Eta gas hasn't been at $2.20 average since Obama.

Now, what job was he elected to do? Or is his job just to keep his voters happy, no matter the impact?

I don’t doubt that. Look how many people buy into the lie that he is a successful business man, or bought into the idea he was a billionaire and shared it, or lie about his integrity or intentions.Lots of lies to diminish any idea that he him self is a compulsive liar.
You know he only ever took one loan from his father? A small one of a million dollars. Totally self made. Amazing.
One more lie about Trump, damn it.
