I admire him for not giving a f***
Some time prior to QT he displayed that by wearing a Trump cap as a social experiment to see the difference in reactions between people in working class and affluent areas. But similarly Lily Allen can focus her empathy towards migrants without too much impact on her career, while Dave and Stormzy can target the Conservatives in trite on liners during their performances and actually gain support from those who broadly express the same sentiment.
Abbott has portrayed herself in a certain light but Thornberry is a vile snob who should face much more opposition. It may however be a sad truth that the person of colour may end up being the easy target but equally that Labour could intentionally place her in that position.
I'm not sure you can lump Abbott together with some of the others you mention. She is genuinely without question totally incompetent. Regardless of ethnicity she deserves to be hounded out. There are many other MPs too far to the right on the competent/incompetent spectrum but she's the only cabinet/shadow cabinet member that's actually fallen off the end. Remember when Ed Milliband couldn't eat a sandwich properly, and when Jeremy Corbyn was mocked for saying he "doesn't eat biscuits"
Is that any different to this?
Actually thought Rees-Mogg's response was quite amusing to it all, but if anyone else now tries to get in on it, they'll be taking the joke too far.

I know for a fact I wouldn't be very good controlling a businesses Twitter account
Me neither, it's hard enough on here to avoid telling certain posters simply to feck off with knobs on, that's with it being a relatively sane place despite what some think. On Twitter, no chance.ChocolateFrog said:

I can only assume you're having a laugh? Abbot is useless but she zero power. Compared to Chris Failing Grayling she is small fry. This is the bloke who wasted 3bn of public money over 5 years. Then we have the master in chief, Boris Johnson who "spaffed" 1bn of public money up the wall when he was Mayor on vanity projects. There is a reason I rarely dip into the politics section on here. Some idiots on line have a pop at Yorkshire tea and suddenly everyone who is not a Tory is derided as a bunch of far left morons.

I’m a southerner who moved to York just over a year ago. It’s lovely up here with much friendlier people imo
Well done but I'd suggest you keep it secret before they all move up there.https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/bristol-news/ho...

I was about to say that it's "Cheers drive!" in Brizzle... which is still in the south.

I must admit I thought "Cheers Drive!" was uniquely Bristol (and environs). Where I came from – as much further South as you can go without swimming – we simply said a cheery "Thanks!" to the miserable old sods at the wheel. So it baffled me a bit when I first heard it, 35 years ago – did it mean "Cheers!" (thank you) "Drive!" (Now off you go...) or what? https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/news/bristol-news/ho...

I used to get it a lot in South Wales when I was driving a truck, particularly to the West, Swansea, Carmarthen, “Park by yer drive”, “can you back down yer drive?”, “Okay drive, see ya.”Mr Whippy said:
Tea bags... tea, fking, bags.
It’s sad to think I’m sharing air with such waste of space tosspots.
But it is typical of one subset of society. All for diversity, except diversity of opinion. It’s sad to think I’m sharing air with such waste of space tosspots.
Was there a campaign when Corbyn was pictured with the same product? No
Was there a campaign when Stephen Kinnock was pictured with some electrical generating units? No
Was there a boycott campaign when the Pro Remain Independent group were pictured in Nando's? No, not even a hint of one.
The lefty liberals really are pathetic, deserve to be the losers they are, and that's coming from someone who has voted Liberal and LibDem in the past.

I once made the mistake of voting for liberals under the misapprehension they were actually liberal.

Sort of on topic, new liberals side topic, not teabags. This is about LGbgt not pg tips. But the main point is thought crime. This lady has had enough.
