Looks like there was two incidents in Atlanta.

There was a mass shooting after a bloc party. A driver crashed into a stationary car, the shunt was accidental but then it all kicked off and 12 people got shot.

Poor girl. There is so much mindless crap going on over there, so many people itching to hurt someone, perhaps even anyone, and for whatever variety of issues they have in their heads. Whoever shot that girl is evil, no two ways about it, and this raises the perennial issue of US gun culture. That is a major failing of US society and particularly people in power there. The gun reinforces division and paranoia, emboldens criminals and holds impoverished neighbourhoods in a cycle of death. There'll be no 'justice' with respect to gun culture, that's for sure.
