Statements of fact are contemptuous? They owned slaves. The Supreme Court of the United States said the land was stolen from the Lakota. Trump has contempt for anything that isn't expressly for his benefit, so there was a little contempt I guess.

Socialism doesn't exist in the USA. What passes for socialism (the Democrats) would be a right of centre government in any European country. I doubt you'll find anything radical by our standards in his policy statements. I certainly haven't.

I guess it’s all a question of context. What is considered quite far left of centre in USA can seem otherwise across the Pond.

From what I understand Biden is taking on several of Sanders campaign policies, such as $15 minimum wage and universal healthcare for all. There were a couple more, but I can’t remember what they were now.

Why are you surprised when most of the MSM have already shown the extent of their bias?

They would have to confront the reality of the sorts of people they are proclaiming heroes and also to acknowledge the reality of the consequences of the poisonous rhetoric they have been spreading. If "silence is violence" as they proclaim then protestors can feel justified in gunning down those who do not conform.
