More than endorse, they’ve set up a Super PAC. There seem to be more conservative Super PAC’s supporting Biden than Trump now!

Interesting as Joe Biden and the Democratic Party outraised Trump and the Republicans for the second straight month in June, announcing a record haul of $141 million hours after Trump's campaign trumpeted his own $131 million total.

Both of the presidential candidates’ hauls represented huge spikes from May, when Mr. Biden raised $80.8 million and Mr. Trump $74 million.

The totals were impressive in different ways. For Mr. Biden, the huge sum represented a reversal after he had struggled with fund-raising for much of the primary campaign, as well as a signal that the party’s donors, big and small, have united behind him. For Mr. Trump, it showed the durability of his financial supporters, who delivered his strongest month yet despite a turbulent June and polling showing him trailing Mr. Biden badly.

The Trump campaign had celebrated its $131 million haul earlier on Wednesday evening, with Brad Parscale, the campaign manager, writing on Twitter, “Americans voting with their wallets, supporting the president.”

We’re still crunching the numbers, but here’s what we know:

-We raised $141 million in June
-68% of our donors were new
-We added 2.6 million people to our list

-$282.1 million for the quarter

There’s real, grassroots energy for Joe.

More to come....

The trump campaign have cancelled their plans to hold a rally in Alabama next weekend, claiming they have concerns about coronavirus infections rising in the US, not that they haven't filled the stadium, oh no,not that, not at all... They had no concerns about coronovirus in Tulsa, even removed social distancing stickers from seats so the crowdwouldlook bigger for trump.

To be fair, it's also very similar to the USMC logo, but without the anchor

The (w)anchor is the one wearing it smile

Sort of similar I guess although the anchor and world makes it not so prominent.

Kate Bedingfield, Bidens deputy Campaign Manager on Fox News yesterday talkign abou trump’s non-answer to Sean Hannity about why he deserves a second term

"Let’s not forget that amidst an unprecedented economic and public health crisis, @realDonaldTrump couldn’t articulate to @seanhannity — captain of the home team —what his priorities would be in a second term. Because he only has one: himself. Not you, not your family - just him."

Is that tipping point close, has McConnell had enough?

Two different news outlets are now reporting that Mitch McConnell has penciled in a deadline for Donald Trump to turn around his disastrous poll numbers, and that if it doesn’t happen, McConnell will advise Republican Senators to distance themselves from Trump in their reelection bids.

Both Vanity Fair and Reuters reporting this. Vanity Fair says the deadline is around Labor Day, the first week of September, while Reuters says the deadline is “perhaps as soon as August.”

NY Times have analysed why June was a bad month for trump - "self-inflicted wounds as he played to his base and missteps by a fractured campaign."
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/02/us/politics/tru...

"One Republican official who is in frequent contact with the campaign expressed incredulity at how some aides willfully distort the electoral landscape to mollify Mr. Trump, recalling one conversation in which they assured him he was faring well in Maine, a state where private polling shows he’s losing."

"Trump continues to hope for an economic recovery he can run on in the final four months of the campaign, and on Thursday he trumpeted as a sign of progress the employment report showing 4.8 million jobs gained in June"

"He’s also eager to recreate his tiny 2016 team." (Some reports have people suggesting getting Bannon back but trump refused. Bannon successfully led the direction of the 2016 campaign)

Looks like Kushner thinks he's in charge
"Mr. Kushner and Mr. Parscale appear increasingly at odds. Mr. Kushner has sent mixed signals about his view of the campaign manager: In a meeting with Republican officials this week, Mr. Kushner repeatedly shushed Mr. Parscale and told him to “shut up,” according to multiple people familiar with the events, but at other times he has urged friends of the president to tell Mr. Trump they think Mr. Parscale is doing a good job."

That will be when Kushner was reminded that Parscale is funnelling campaign money to trumps sons

According to Biden he is getting tested regularly for cognitive capabilities.

Why would someone need to be tested regularly for cognitive capabilities if they are cognitively fine?

So if he stated that he wasn't seeing a need to be tested, you'd be all OK with his word, right?

He's old, and running for president, against a relentless onslaught of accusations and insinuation that he's suffering from Alzheimer's.

Would you prefer he ignores his health and/or gets rushed to hospital in secret and subsequently hides his medical results, as trump does?

We know he's not getting tested regularly. The answer Biden gave was another one of his incoherent ramblings.

I would like and hope that his wellbeing is looked after. He has to make it to the debates.

How would he know he is fine unless he is tested? Same with COVID, some people have no symptoms but a test might prove they have it, so you couldn't say for sure if you have covid unless you are tested.

the tangerine toddler said Joe could't pass the test, but he also said Joe hadn't taken it, well which one is it then?

The test the toddler supposedly "aced" (which is probably another lie) is a test for dementia. So the president does not have dementia, is that really something to be proud about as the POTUS. Shouldn't he be aiming a bit higher than that?
