Is there a certain irony to Trumps comment of Biden spending 47 years in politics with nothing to show, whereas Trump has 47+ year in business and nothing to show...apart from huge losses, that is.
For someone who has 47+ years in business of making "huge losses" he looks to be doing pretty well in my opinion.
Well done for missing the point. He hasn't been in business. He inherited a business.

We can ALL do well by inheriting a billion dollar business and make huge losses. Some could even make money on it.
He’s an horrendous businessman. He just started off SO rich that he hasn’t managed to lose it all yet.

Sounds like he’s coming awfully close though and even more so when those loans come due.

The obvious answer to that is that there no upside in it for him.

I have no doubt that like most rich people he is tax efficient so he is paying as little tax as possible.

Revealing that is a stick the democrats will use to beat him with even if it does make the 'he is broke' claims go away.
Mmm, but we now have the information from the NYT access to the tax returns, showing that trump is massively in debt and really in a whole load of trouble, as well as, indeed, paying little or no tax.

He has said this is 'fake news', which is what he calls news that makes him look bad. He could sort all of this out instantly, of course, by releasing his tax returns. Will he? Of course he won't, because he is a lying conman operating a Ponzi setup.

You are of course assuming by that statement that the information obtained was accurate, and the reporting of it accurate and representative.

With the partisan American media I'm not sure thats a hill I would die on!

You know it’s true because Trump said it was ‘fake news’ I.e true but he doesn’t like it.

Guy inherited a large fortune and is now half a billion in personal debt, some those he owes millions to are unknown...

If that is good, I'd hate to see your idea of merely average.

If it's not accurate, trump can simply release his tax returns to clear things up.
