White supremacists have killed far more people than Muslim extremists in recent terror attacks

The latest annual report from the Global Terrorism Database (GTD) shows that when it comes to fatal terror attacks, anti-Muslim extremists and white supremacists accounted for the largest share between 2015 and 2019, according to The Crime Report.

“[There was] a sharp increase in racially and ethnically motivated terrorist attacks, many of which were motivated by white supremacy, xenophobia and anti-immigrant beliefs,” GTD program manager Erin Miller said during a webinar event

The reports states that U.S. white nationalist groups were responsible for 34 separate attacks and 64 deaths and anti-Muslim extremists were linked to 32 attacks that resulted in five death during the 2015-19 period — that’s compared to Islamic extremists who were responsible for 50 deaths since 9-11 up until November of 2019.

when Trump wrongly claims, that “more testing equals more cases,” any interviewer can counter with this graph of NYC where covid testing has soared but cases have plummeted.

Trump says a Phase 2 trade deal w/China is far from his mind and is unlikely at this point

“The relationship with China has been severely damaged,” he tells reporters on AF1
https://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-pessimistic-on-...

Remember when trump was saying not long ago how he'd negotiated the best deal, 'the biggest deal ever seen' how China were going to be buying so much...

ReallyAmerican are attcking trump with an ad saying how much he's in the pocket of the Saudis

https://twitter.com/i/status/1281638426928992256

“In our 65-plus years of combined experience working inside and outside the State Department on U.S. Middle East policy, we have never seen anything like the Trump administration’s willingness to prostitute U.S. interests to Saudi Arabia”*

Nothing though about the Saudis booking hundreds of rooms at the Trump International Hotel in 2017 and paying top dollar without even using them! And they’ve been very good to Jared, too, when he needed cash!

They missed a trick there

Yeah those white supremacists are definitely the biggest problem.

My BIL lives in the US. When they closed schools the case rate in the state was 150 per 100,000. Now it's over 2,300. Guess whether he's going to be sending his kids back? Guess whether any of the other parents he's talked to will be? (Hint: No).

Props for making the effort, but someone using something that happened nearly 20 years ago to claim white supremacists aren't a problem today is probably beyond reason. Amazing and depressing in equal amounts

Also in exceptionally bad taste to post that photo. I wrote a response which I decided to delete prior to posting.

the power has always been there.

Obama pardoned James Cartwright who lied to the FBI for example.

It is nothing abnormal, it just seems that Trump has this massive spotlight on him 24/7.

it appears Cartwright was guilty of being naive enough to not engage a lawyer prior to speaking to the FBI, Stone on the other hand is a treasonous wretch.

Cartwright's crimes were not directly implicating the president though and his silence or lack of wasnt protecting the president from impeachment.

The fact the power is there anyway is extraordinary.

trump has commuted Roger Stone's sentence. As aid he knows too much and is dangerous to trump

The man who calls himself the 'law and order' president has commuted the sentence of a longtime adviser who was found guilty of seeking to thwart congressional and FBI investigations into alleged ties between his presidential campaign and Russia.

Schiff: "Trump has engaged in countless acts that are ... destructive to our democracy while in office, but commuting the sentence of Roger Stone, a crony who lied and obstructed our investigation to protect Trump himself, is among the most offensive to the rule of law.

Stone repeatedly lied to the House Intelligence Committee under oath and threatened a witness ... Stone knew that telling the truth about his interactions with senior campaign officials and Trump himself would expose the president's eagerness to obtain foreign help. So he lied.

With this commutation, Trump makes clear that there are two systems of justice in America: one for his criminal friends, and one for everyone else. Donald Trump, Bill Barr, and all those who enable them pose the gravest of threats to the rule of law."

"What we're seeing today is an appalling overture ... from the president saying, 'If you lie for me, if you cover up for me, I will reward you. On the other hand, if you are a rat and you cooperate then like a Mafia boss, I will come after you."

Nadler and Maloney: "Trump abused the powers of his office in an apparent effort to reward Roger Stone for his refusal to cooperate with investigators examining the President's own conduct. No other president has exercised the clemency power for such a ... self-serving purpose.

Republican tolerance of the President's disregard for the rule of law has helped bring us to this moment. This is a powerful reminder that Donald Trump has little respect for law and order, no matter how much he tweets about it."

Speaker Pelosi on CNN: "There ought to be a law, and I'm recommending that we pass a law that presidents cannot issue a pardon if the crime that the person is in jail for is one that is caused by protecting the president, which this was."

Remember Stone was due to report to jail next week.
Trump ordered Roger Stone to work with Wikileaks. Stone lied to Congress about it, Trump lied to Mueller about it, and Stone protected Trump's lie by choosing prison over flipping. Now Trump has repaid him.

The extraordinary act of clemency was announced by White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany. She released a lengthy statement that was littered with lies and false claims about the Russia investigation, special counsel Robert Mueller and the details of Stone's legal case.

The WH communication starts with...and continues in the same theme

Roger Stone is a victim of the Russia Hoax that the Left and its allies in the media perpetuated for years in an attempt to undermine the Trump Presidency. There was never any collusion between the Trump Campaign, or the Trump Administration, with Russia. Such collusion was never anything other than a fantasy of partisans unable to accept the result of the 2016 election. The collusion delusion spawned endless and farcical investigations, conducted at great taxpayer expense, looking for evidence that did not exist. As it became clear that these witch hunts would never bear fruit, the Special Counsel’s Office resorted to process-based charges leveled at high-profile people in an attempt to manufacture the false impression of criminality lurking below the surface. These charges were the product of recklessness borne of frustration and malice. This is why the out-of-control Mueller prosecutors, desperate for splashy headlines to compensate for a failed investigation, set their sights on Mr. Stone. Roger Stone is well known for his nearly 50 years of work as a consultant for high-profile Republican politicians, including President Ronald Reagan, Senator Bob Dole, and many others. He is also well known for his outspoken support for President Donald J. Trump and opposition to Hillary Clinton.
