Re Biden being ahead in Texas, the Democrats last won Texas in 1976 (!), does anyone have the data for Wyoming? Last won by Democrats in 1964 (from what I can find).

Wyoming is the ‘most’ Republican state with around 60% of voters identifying as Republican, so would be an interesting gauge of the stauchest ‘Red’ state.

It looks like trump and his White House never actually filed or released any documents commuting Stone’s sentence. Instead all that stands is the announcement to the media that the sentence had been commuted – which carries no legal weight. Judge Amy Berman Jackson is now giving Trump just one day to turn over the actual paperwork for the commutation.

That’s about 60/40 in favour of Biden. Given that around 15% of voters are swing voters the close odds reflects the number of people who would vote for a potato with the right badge. Although this is one time a potato would probably be better.
