Hi,

I'm on the look out for a really good example.

I have had a couple before and had to sell but now looking for a keeper. Needs to have a blue hood, heated front seats and an auto. Powerfold mirrors a plus.

Must be really clean and looked after. Max mileage is 90k.

Thanks.

Seems like a lot of owners of good examples are keeping hold of them.

If you are looking for a top spec, low mileage (+rust free) example, expect to pay a premium.

Oh very nice....

.... though is the colour combo worth +£2,000 or +£3,000?

It probably is IMHO.

That is lovely. Looks mint too and ‘probably’ worth the premium over the usual offerings.

The only thing I dislike about that car (it’s something that BMW often do with their lighter coloured interiors), is the extension of the interior colour onto the dashboard Thankfully they don’t do it with the white that I have.

Not sure if you are still looking but I know of a 2002 330Ci convertible in orient blue, matching hardtop, blue roof , heated cream leather, power mirrors. Mileage is 60ish thousand. It is an SE and a manual.

Cheers.

The silver does nothing for me, however, the blue one is seriously impressive and judging by mileage, condition, colour, manual box and where it is being sold from is probably better than the one from JP I posted above. If I were still looking for one of these I would literally have called up and placed a deposit down on that blue one instantly.

I am not sure on whether there is a warranty with JP cars but from research it does seem the cars are very clean. both history and condition, as well as well specced. He obviously has a decent detailer too, the cars are always spotless.

Wow that blue one at Coopers... manual box too. You just cannot find them.

Perhaps I could consider a 335 version...

Earlier 335 versions have issues with HPFP, twin turbos failing and the tax is £580 per year... you need the N55 to avoid some of those which started around 2011.

Agreed. Silver does nothing for the car really.

The JP one though is an amazing colour combo IMHO. If i was in the market for one, i'd be trying to deal on the JP one, but using the other two as potential leverage.
