Stick a screen outside his cell and deliver sentencing via Zoom call (other mediums are available), job done.

Stop pandering to this piece of st.

They're not, they're following the legal proceedings that form the legal system that allow you the freedom to post such rubbish.

My vote is to use the same tactics they use when someone doesn't want to go into a cell, to get him out of it. Handcuffs, leg cuffs, suitable PPE for 6 officers and just carry him out like a rolled up carpet.
It wont be pretty, and may make a spectacle of him but I agree with the other poster, he is a piece of st, so I'm not too fussed if he is made to look like a .

He's going to be bummed more times than a hippy with an unreliable VW camper.

I doubt it..... he’ll probably get parked on a wing with the rest of his ilk and live out the next 55 years in relative peace because he is too much of a target to ever be released into the general prison population.

I don't see the point in reading out all these victim statements or letting them have their say. He killed 20+ people just give him a life, no parole sentence and stop wasting any more of the courts time. Theres nothing that can be said for him in mitigation and the sentencing should be a formality.
The statements are not in mitigation, quite the opposite.

Agreed.

Let's hope he regrets missing his last day out.

Because there was evidence that he participated in the planning and preparation of the attack. He's just as much to blame as his brother that detonated the bomb.
But will if still get the 70 (72?) virgins when it snuffs it?

If he's not segregated, I'd imagine he's more likely to get seriously hurt than 'bummed'.

Well whether he faced the judge or not 55 years minimum seems about right he will be 78 when he is eligible for parole so I am guessing he is dying in jail.

He did refuse to attend court so I wonder how he found out the sentence did the prison guards 55 years in jail to go 55 years in jail to the tune of 10 green bottles who knows.

I think a sentence few would disagree with.

Need to see that sort handed down in more cases.

Good. His cellmates will come and go.... but he will never feel freedom again... very pleased with the result, although I am wondering how long before human rights lawyers get involved, the judge gets cancelled on twitter etc etc

I find it odd that you would bother commenting on something you couldn't be bothered to read about. I also find it very odd indeed that you should feel it necessary "just to add". Surely you'd think that was every same individual's default position, wouldn't you?

Or that ?

Was just looking at this on Faceboo, apparently its not long enough biggrin

Minimum not being understood I dont think, he could be out in as little as 55 years with good behaviour, when he is still only 78...

Rest is people suggesting we bring the death penalty back just for him, go on then after 50 odd years, lets just do one for old times sake cos hes a bit of a rotter, forget all the law stuff. Quite a bit advocating torture as well, am sure the rest of your life in prison isnt going to be a picnic.

I'm sure those advocating the death penalty and torture would be supporting it just as vehemently the next time they're in the dock, won't they?
