Kids not according to ONS but mass testing is responsible for spreading the virus. hehe

Hate to tell you this but entitled pillocks that have no regard for a personal level of responsibility caused the increase in rate and you are part of the problem not the solution. I personally would have you shot as it may save cancer lives to not have you promoting anarchy. biggrin
Cancer lives will be saved by the NHS reopening not by people hiding behind their sofas from a “disease” that isn’t “deadly”
NHS is meant to be fully open, has been for months now.

But every covid hospital bed created by Smartypants is one less bed for a cancer patient.

Its about time he stood up and took some responsibility for killing people and dragging out the recovery of our economy that was going well until his antics fked it all up four weeks ago. biggrin
I couldn't be prouder of the students. Party on.
Of that I'm sure as you also are too thick to admit we were in a far better place four weeks ago before anarchist murderers like yourself cocked it all up. biggrin
We were in a much better place flattening the curve until pricks like you fked it up.
Its amazing that you are so dense that you cant see that what is happening now would just be delayed until we did relax things if we hadn't relaxed a month ago.
I suppose its not amazing really, half the population is below average intelligence.

Let's explore that one as you are claiming to possess a modicum of intelligence.

Four weeks ago I was comfortably observing a steady rate of infection with slightly declining numbers in hospital and my business opening back up, only blighted by the fact that occasionally I had to put a cloth covering over my face which in fairness wasn't a big deal. Was looking forward to seeing spectators being allowed back which would have secured my business for the future despite being likely that our year end dinner was not going to be practical.

You on the other hand actively promoted anarchy and the blatant spread of infection because you is hard innit.

Hospital admissions were flat and I'm afraid it is you that have caused the rise not me and I want my retribution.

Boohoo, my heart bleeds.

Look at this guy, thinks young people are the only ones spreading the virus yet wants group gatherings of spectators and it would be a total different outcome. Incredibly obtuse.

This would all be over now if you had concentrated on flattening the curve instead of running around flapping your arms screaming suppress, SUPPRESS!

Doesn't think young people are the only cause at all. But please do enlighten with your wondrous intended plan of flattening the curve without any suppression. Have you just got a magic marker pen?

I've said it many times. It just bounces round the hollow insides of your head.

An increase in progress towards herd immunity?
Old news. Not even Sweden are actively promoting that other than by future vaccination.

Nope - it's the only practical solution in the absence of a vaccine and how the human race has survived over centuries

Now all the big pharma companies don't want us to reach herd immunity before they have a vaccine available to sell so I'll don my best bacofoil hat and take a punt at the real situation going on in the background

Just say I was a big pharma company

1. I've invested a st load of cash on developing a vaccine but it's not ready yet

2. I've been given a get out of jail card for any adverse consequences in order to accelerate development of the vaccine by the government

3. I'd got advance orders which would recover my investment 1000 fold

I'd be guiding the powers to ensure that the curve was kept as flat as a witches tit and the fear factor was kept at devcon 9

But as I'm not a big pharma company I'd say that none of the above was even remotely close to reality and I need more tin foil

Got a friend in the “vaccine” business. He’s all for this hanging on for a while ... just get everyone really worked up about it.
I do wonder if there may be money to be made ....

Yeah i've got a mate in .gov that could maybe swing it for 0.87% of the world population to hang it out a bit. He already done me a bit of a deal on some monkey positive tests so he's kosher. Reckon we should get our mates together? hehe

I'm not being hysterical at all.

As I say six weeks ago there was hope in sight that a reasonable baseline had been reached that if maintained would have left us working reasonably well as an economy under the circumstances and you / Zoobeef etc just poo pooed it when I mentioned that there was a valid signal that hospital beds would rise as in your words everything was just false positives and we just need to live with it. That hasn't worked out too well has it?

So I'll ask again how has your advice to students to just ignore gov advice benefited any of us? Or do you think it is just funny to be a billy big bks and constantly respond with smarmy comments to anyone that simply promotes stability through sensible actions?

Comment as previous thread unfortunately, wasting your breath with these jokers who are determined to be asshats. Still it does highlight accounts worthy of sticking in the not worth any future engagement category, so not all bad.

Too many pointing fingers in wrong directions especially if there's a chance of aiming it at Boris. For example some, not all, squarely blaming Govt for current university malarkey, when the blame lies imo at a few universities initially and then students being students plus senior management at some institutions being idiots and control freaks.
