Yes, and lets have no more of it or you'll get banished to Rhyl for life!

It's almost as if you and certain other posters have an agenda to push.
You're not wrong there, are you "Mr Cardiff"!

It's a remarkable lack of self awareness; to jump on other people's posts with the tenacity that you do and yet still accuse others of having an 'agenda', when in reality, this so called agenda is actually just a different opinion to your own.

Ah well, it is the internet.

Think I've made it clear on where I stand in previous posts. And I like to try to back my opinions up with something.

After denying the Guido Order Order story of a second night the conservative leader has gone

"I am truly sorry for my actions on the 8th and 9th December."

Baffling why the u-turn in less than 24 hours.

The whole "I didn't break the rules" line continues to baffle me. Most intelligent people know this wasn't a secret pub. But it's a crass misjudgement by all.those involved to think that have an alcoholic drink either socially (with their own food) or at work would not be well received by the public.

Agreed shows a massive lack of thinking for doing what they did.
As for wales its finally got its act together over vaccine role out and cases and deaths continue to drop.

When people study this in future, I think it'll be one of the pivotal moments where:

1. people start ignoring the 'guidance'
2. trust in government begins to subside

As OP, I will just opine that some threads develop a life of their own and that's fine with me!

You might also want to wonder why it took a while for the original story to break. Who leaked the story to the press? There is a bit of a civil war breaking out in the Welsh Conservatives where sitting politicians are finding themselves de-listed for the May elections unless they are vociferously anti-devolution. This has pissed a lot of people off, so they're all trying to stab each other in the back, hence the leak.

Are drinks at the (presumably essential) workplace not allowed?

Must tell the Mrs, we had a drink at the office tonight.
I did too around the same time - but we didn't microwave a meal. Maybe that's the key difference - but wait! You WERE allowed a drink but only with a meal! at some point? And a workplace isn't a pub!? #Confused

I conclude it's just politics - always get the shoe in when you can. I see the dirty rationale as the guy that took over from Paul Davies winds a lot of people up (unlike Paul) and is a good 5 years behind the zeitgeist. A gift to the opposition tribes...

How many over 80s in Wales have received 2nd jab, or first?

Where does it say he got his jabs in Wales as you imply?

I have a several relatives here in England who've had both jabs, with two of them being under 80.
