He's neither a psychologist nor psychiatrist.

No diagnosis is possible without a patient/client consultation. Basing a diagnosis on spurious media half-truths and anecdote is foolish and cannot possinly be accurate.

I actually am a qualified psychologist and counsellor BTW.

I'd like to add that my personal opinion is Hancock is indeed a tt, a rubbish liar, and a complete fool for thinking the entire world can't see him for what he is.
