While he’s been encouraging us all to get injected he’s been doing his own version of it. Naughty, naughty. Hope his days are numbered the arrogant tt!

Is having an affair a resigning offence these days? It would be somewhat hypocritical of Boris to sack him for it.

Why would GMB say they are unable to talk about the allegations ‘for legal reasons’?

If they are simply talking about what a newspaper or two have printed, why would that stop them?

Edit - I’m pretty sure they covered the allegations that Boris had an affair with Jennifer Arcuri fairly extensively? Didn’t they interview her about it?

Edit to the edit - maybe he wasn’t married at the time, so it was just a relationship?

Maybe not the affair. But it seems he has known this lady for some years. He has brought her into government as his senior advisor. Was this appointment conducted professionally or did he have something else in mind? The problem with these secret affairs is that those involved are often inclined to break other rules in order to keep them from being discovered (including from their respective partners). I suspect as journalists start to probe in those areas, he is likely to get tripped up.

So someone dislikes him enough to leak CCTV footage from inside supposedly secure Government offices.

If you get a free pass for lying your arse off in the middle of a pandemic I don't think you're going to get fired by Johnson for having an affair more a case of "welcome to the club".

Feel sorry for his wife and her husband and the children involved as it's not something you want to wake up to read.

Maybe he was only doing it in a limited and specific way?

How does Boris get rid of him?

Can’t fire him for dishonesty or having an affair, because boho does that, can fire him for what Cummings said as it shows Cummings was correct.

That’s what you get when you recruit a cabinet of incompetent yes men due to brexit support.
