I know the choices are poor but there has to be a better tactical vote proposition that we could all adhere to. I’d suffer a spineless any-of-the-rest coalition over the current shambolic cabal. If only for a reset in Scottish politics.

And if the SNP was a majority govt most of this stuff would never have seen the light of day.

Tactical voting this May.
Yup.

I'm going with green.
Are they the best placed to win the constituency? By all means vote green on the list but green for constituency is a waste; Scotland isn't Brighton, the best placed green constituency candidate in 2016 was Patrick Harvie who polled a respectable 24% to the SNP drone's 38%. If your objective is to harm the SNP's chances of forming a majority govt hold your nose and vote for whoever is best placed to beat the SNP in your constituency, unless you live in Glasgow Kelvin it's not green.

Thanks, found mine.

I sincerely hope this gains traction. Is effective. And is realistically calculated. I’m in, but...

Where are we at when I’m following the advice of a man who crawled on all fours, on TV, pretending to be a pussy cat?

And this in order to oust a nigh on communist institution.

He is a skilled orator though.

It beggars belief.

Unfortunately, my constituency is a very safe SNP seat.

So either I vote green, or spoil the ballot.

Ross Greer has had a lot of mileage recently because of the Flamingo Land stushie at Balloch; he posted about how terrible it was and that it would ruin the environment. It's a brown field site in a National Park; the owners are Scottish Enterprise, who are run by the minority govt that he helps to prop up. Hypocrite much?

Hence why there was a sudden announcement last week during the Daily Sturgeon Show regarding COVID, which was guaranteed to be focused on by all the media, at or around the time when Mr Salmond started his six hour marathon. Time-served PR firms could learn much from the SNP.

More seriously I am seeing 9am being the consensus on twitter. Can't see anything official though.

The time hardly matters.
If she doesnt admit guilt in her opening statement or kung fu punch the entire committee it will be burried in the and finally bit of the news as soon as Rishi starts talking.

He has now built this up to such an extent that he is in for a very hard time if he has been gilding the lily.

Of course, he is a politician. So no risk of that, then....

I think the Crown have essentially grown a pair and have recognised that they are being drawn into areas that have nothing to do with them. It is healthy and encouraging that they have now belatedly complied with the SP's request.

I still cannot quite fathom why the LA was sitting watching the Brexit hearing before the Supreme Court with all of the politicians.

Bizarre.

Sort sighted view. Seats change. If people vote non SNP for a 2nd placed party from previous election it may not matter this time but next time that seat may no longer be a safe seat.

If the Greens policies float youe boat then a Green vote on the list is the way to go. If stopping the SNP from imposing a one party state counts then tactical voting for the constituency is the way to go.

If George Galloway i8s voting Tory ...............

This website might be of interest to anyone looking to do tactical voting in their seat. If you go to your region then click on the dots below each map they bring up the individual constituencies within that area and show which party came second last time around.

Because there are/were some lines best not blurred which NS has been blurring like mad.

If anything positive comes out of this mess it will be serious constraints around politics and the LA in future.
