Is there any way of reading the amended legislation in full?

Thanks for this - am I reading it right when I deduce that the restrictions in level 0/1/2 are loosening?

Would all be fair and justifiable potentially if they then implement their own definition of what a level 0/1/2/3/4 area is.

Generally, though I think the changes at level 1 might make hospitality more restricted rather than less by prohibiting food & drink sales between 2300 - 0600.

Ah right, I was looking at what I assumed to be numbers of people and households and from a quick scan I thought they had all increased, it's not going to impact me overly anyway.

The whole thing is a bloody mess. This page as at 1455 today has two seperate tabs for what the rules are for weddings at level 0. One says 100 guests max and the other says 200 max.

The timetable for going to level 0 is late June. And of course with SNP logic level 0 is not no restrictions. Still no night clubs. Masks everywhere. And those 100 or 200 wedding guests need to be 2m apart.

All this after the at risk population is fully vaccinated and ICU numbers are tiny and going down. What will it take to just get back to standing in the pub?
