Philodox Sturgeon thinks she has a level of intelligence above the rest of us, well I would love to hear her thoughts on this.......

The failed Solicitor could only dream of that level of insightful thinking.
Christ! SNP suggesting that others are racist! That's rich! She's been doing all she can to foment hatred of the Evil English for some years. Even Mel Gibson would blush!https://www.effiedeans.com/2021/08/the-snps-white-...

On page 499 now and usually on PH when it reaches 500 a thread becomes Vol 1 and we go on to start Vol 2. Blimey.
The SNP, a grievance party led by a narcissist. What can possibly go wrong?
Look at the title in the header. This is Volume 10 already ^ The SNP, a grievance party led by a narcissist. What can possibly go wrong?
That makes for roughly 5000 pages at 20 posts a page about this problem.

Yet, they have been in power for the last 14 years, they must be doing something right?
Yep - representing a single block minority and winning elections because the majority support is split between other parties. So, if that is the definition of 'doing something right' then fill your boots, but it is more a case of being there by default and despite themselves than any form of achievement, plus when the SNP gained power even they were surprised (I can even remember Alex Salmond's press conference on the day their lead was announced saying as much), so it wasn't so much that they won but the opposition lost.

Maybe we could also add in rigged votes, I wouldn't put it past that lot.So, if that is the definition of 'doing something right' then fill your boots, but it is more a case of being there by default and despite themselves than any form of achievement, plus when the SNP gained power even they were surprised (I can even remember Alex Salmond's press conference on the day their lead was announced saying as much), so it wasn't so much that they won but the opposition lost.
Not read much of this thread so apologise if this has been said previously.
I don't want to see a break up of the UK - would be bad for all involved.
The devil on my shoulder though wonders how Sturgeon would cope if there was a vote tomorrow, the Nats won and she had to take charge of a newly independent country.
She would not have a clue where to start, it would be a total clusterf**k.
Got to the stage now where I think she just shouts about independence as it's what is expected of her. Wants to present a front but think she is scared about the prospect of actually winning a majority and having to follow up all of her bluster with action without being able to blame the Tories.

Pop into /r/Scotland sometime and sort by controversial. All of Scotland's woes will be the fault of the Tories/English for not doing x, y, or z - just like it is today! OzzyR1 said:

If there was a referendum tomorrow. The SNP would lose. The vote still sits at around 55%(no)-45%(yes) the same as last time. It fluctuates a bit but never far once you account for the dont knows. I don't want to see a break up of the UK - would be bad for all involved.
