That only gets about 3/10 on the "I'm not a Trump supporter but ..." index.

The boring reality is that Trump outrages people who possess principles whether left or right of centre because of his outrageous words and outrageous acts and outrageous omissions to act. No identity politics are required to find Trump to be one of the most immoral and dangerous figures to hold a major public office in recent history. Charles Dickens said of Henry VIII: "The plain truth is that he was a most intolerable ruffian, a disgrace to human nature, and a blot of blood and grease upon the History of England", and those words can be adapted for Trump and the USA.
After all those photos as a reminder and Voight still tries to declare it's politics not right and wrong?

GOP attorney Sidney Powell withdrew her lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court challenging Georgia’s election results Tuesday, her second to be voluntarily dismissed, as the legal campaign to overturn President Donald Trump’s election loss has petered out in the waning days of his term.

Powell and the other attorneys on the case submitted a stipulation of dismissal to the U.S. Supreme Court, saying the plaintiffs “respectfully request that this case be dismissed.”

The lawsuit sought to overturn Georgia’s election results and made baseless claims about election fraud involving Dominion voting machines; it was struck down in district court for lack of standing and being brought too late.

It was one of eight GOP post-election cases the Supreme Court declined to expedite consideration of, effectively killing the cases by ensuring they would not be decided before President-elect Joe Biden takes office.

Powell’s case in Michigan was voluntarily dismissed in federal district court but appears to still be pending before the Supreme Court, though it also was not expedited ahead of the inauguration.

Powell also filed lawsuits in Arizona and Wisconsin, which were rejected by the lower courts.

The Trump campaign also voluntarily withdrew its own post-election lawsuit in Georgia on Jan. 7, though the campaign cited an “out of court settlement agreement” that Georgia officials said in their response was “demonstrably false” and does not exist.
Big Number

64. That’s how many post-election lawsuits the Trump and GOP lost or withdrew in its campaign to overturn the election results, according to a tally kept by Democratic Party attorney Marc Elias. They only netted one minor win, which struck down an extended deadline to correct mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania that were missing proof of identification and did not have a substantial impact on the election results.

A Queens, N.Y. man who allegedly made repeated threats to murder Democratic members of Congress on social media, including threats to murder them at President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, was arrested Tuesday morning by FBI agents and NYPD officers.

Brendan Hunt of Ridgewood, Queens, a former Occupy Wall Street activist and part-time filmmaker and actor, was charged with knowingly making threats to murder U.S. officials based on posts he allegedly made in December and January on Facebook, bhute and Parler, sometimes under the alias “X-Ray Ultra."

The son of a retired Queens family court judge, Hunt has worked for the New York state Office of Court Administration since 2016 as an assistant court analyst, according to a spokesperson for the office. He was suspended without pay following his arrest Tuesday. Blog posts on his website from 2011 feature articles and photos of the Occupy Wall Street protests, in which Hunt identified himself as a member of the drum circle in several photos. Nearly a decade later, he called President-elect Joe Biden a communist on social media while inciting others to take up arms during the inauguration, according to the FBI.

Pelosi: "When we talk about, 'did any of our colleagues collaborate,' that remains to be seen. We have to get the evidence of that. If they did, they would be accessories to the crime. The crime, in some cases, was murder. The president is an accessory to that crime."

Several Republicans involved in the January 6th rally that preceded the Capitol riot have sought clemency from Trump before he leaves office, but after meeting with his legal advisers, Trump is not expected to help them.

Lol what did they expect?

Trump was warned that pardons for Republican lawmakers who had sought them for their role in the Capitol insurrection would anger the very Senate Republicans who will determine his fate in an upcoming impeachment trial.

WP opinion piece by George Conway:

I believe Donald Trump is an enemy of truth. I believe he’s a con man, a pathological liar — now the most prodigiously documented liar in American history, if not the history of the world. I believe he doesn’t care about, and may not even fully comprehend, the difference between truth and lies, between honesty and mendacity. I believe he has always said what he wants to believe, what he wants others to believe, and what he thinks he can get away with, and always will.

I believe that, as president, Trump was a danger to democracy and the rule of law, precisely because he was a danger to truth. But I believe his lies weren’t necessarily the most damaging ones to our country. Equally harmful, if not more so, were the lies that allowed him to flourish — not just others’ repetition of his lies, but also lies that many told themselves and others to justify not contradicting him — that you can’t take him literally, that you need to look at what he does or that his policies justified it all.

I believe many people didn’t know any better than to believe Trump’s lies, and still don’t. But I believe that the ignorance, intellectual indolence or hatred of those who don’t know better can’t excuse the failures of those who do, who could have said something, but didn’t because they felt it too inconvenient, unpleasant or politically perilous to do so. I believe it’s good, and I’m grateful, that some who were politically aligned with him are speaking out against him now. But I believe the country could have been saved great anguish had they done so before.

Well said.

If the GOP Senators had convicted Trump last year, as on the evidence they should have, it is a reasonable assumption that Pence as President would have done more about C19 than he did when acting under the instructions of Trump. The Dems would probably have won the election, and there would not have been months of division and crowd stoking about the outcome.

So where's this list of pardons then?
Its reported he has pardoned former senior adviser Steve Bannon but not his 3 co-conspirators charged with him. Not only was Bannon charged with fraud over the build trumps wall fund, but along with Flynn was involved in organising the 6 Jan rally and coup tempt,so the last minute attempt to get back into trumps good books worked well for him.
Trump pardoning Steve Bannon for treating The Wall as a grift is the perfect sum-up for trump’s presidency

Others pardoned, according to Reuters, were Elliott Broidy, a leading former fundraiser for Trump who has admitted illegally lobbying the US government to drop its inquiry into the Malaysia 1MDB corruption scandal and to deport an exiled Chinese billionaire. Cohen paid off a woman for him over an alleged abortion. remember he was RNC deputy finance chair along with Cohen.

Paul Erikson - boyfriend of Maria Butina who facilitated the russian money pumped into the NRA that was then spent on trumps 2016 election.

Claudia Conway posted two video compilations tonight that appear to show her mother, Kellyanne Conway, verbally abusing her.

"What the fk is wrong with you?"

"You can't get coronavirus from the president."

"You're lucky your mother is pro-life."
https://t.co/UxT1e2j1cw?amp=1

The video compilation continues in a second Tik Tok post, which Claudia says shows her mother "hitting" her. It is not clear what is happening at that moment in the video, though.

In a series of later Tik Tok posts, Claudia says she is not posting these videos "to bring down" or harm her mother. But says she is "extremely scared" about what will happen now that she has shared them.

Gotta get a few witch hunt references in there.

‘ Paul Erickson – President Trump has issued a full pardon to Paul Erikson. This pardon is supported by Kellyanne Conway. Mr. Erickson’s conviction was based off the Russian collusion hoax. After finding no grounds to charge him with any crimes with respect to connections with Russia, he was charged with a minor financial crime. Although the Department of Justice sought a lesser sentence, Mr. Erickson was sentenced to 7 years’ imprisonment—nearly double the Department of Justice’s recommended maximum sentence. This pardon helps right the wrongs of what has been revealed to be perhaps the greatest witch hunt in American History.’
