Surely all Court findings are on the public record and if something needs to be redacted or anonymised they will do that themselves - as they did a few years ago with super injunctions?

If we say that everything written down is copyright then I'm breaking the law by posting this sentence because undoubtedly someone somewhere will have published it, or parts of it, before me. We just need some common sense here.

I'm trying hard to be compliant
That's the problem - compliant with what, precisely? FYI there's an undocumented shortcode you can use for youtube videos.

Why not do a paragraph summary of your thoughts and then the link?
That would definitely be compliant and help with reading the thread as well.

Bidens campaign workers are suing the trump supporters that tried to ram Bidens campaign bus off the road, remember it was collided with. The are claiming it was coordinated, illegal political intimidation in violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Arizona Fraudit news - more costs incurred.

The Arizona Secretary of State, the state’s chief elections officer, told Maricopa County that it should replace all voting machines that were turned over to Cyber Ninjas for the audit, citing “grave concerns regarding the security and integrity” of the machines that would prevent them from being used in future elections.

She said that no election official or observer was allowed to be present when Cyber Ninjas and its subcontractors “examined” the machines and that they had to sue to be given access to observe the recount. Democratic and Republican observers were not allowed at each table to observe the counting, unlike in real election audits

Remember the votes and machines are now in a barn in Montana on the property of the Cyber Ninjas owner
Utterly extraordinary that that was allowed to happen in the first place.
A cynic might suggest that a bunch of militant republicans have just had a few months to find new ways of perverting the voting machines in order to fix the next election... whistle

Hence the additional cost to replace those machines. There's no way they can be used again.

Now confirmed - article in WP here

Attorney General Garland said: The Justice Department is suing the state of Georgia over its voting restrictions, alleging that the law was enacted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right of Black Georgians to vote.

AP are reporting that the trump Organization lawyer says New York prosecutors could soon bring criminal charges against the company. He expects the company to be charged but not individuals

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-06-25...

Surely thats wishful thinking, the executive officers should be charged for continuous wrongdoing thats discovered?

Edit: Ah NY Times are reporting that the district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr is lookign to announce charges against the trump Organization and its chief financial officer, Allen H. Weisselberg.
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/06/25/nyregion/trump-...

Weisselberg as the patsy, taking the fall for trump? trump org declares bankruptcy and trump moves on to scamming his base as he tries to run for 2024?

Is this why we've been seeing the reports that Ivanka and Kushner are distancing themselves from trump?

When Allen Weisselberg’s son got married in 2004, trump gave him the use of an apartment, overlooking Central Park, rent-free
It was one of several deals that benefited the Weisselbergs

Remember trumps blatant disregard for covid.

881 Secret Service employees tested positive for the coronavirus, according to Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) far higher than was previously known. 477 of these were special agents responsible for protecting the President and Vice President.

CREW: “It’s impossible to overstate the risk the Trump administration put on Secret Service agents.”

I was surprised that companies can be charged and not the individuals who have broken the law, so a quick google later and it all makes sense :

interesting link showing the differences inU, UK and French law on corporate criminality

It seems like you don't have to prove that a person broke a law, just that the law was broken, that's a much simpler prospect for the prosecution considering the likely complicated corporate structure and responsibilities of the trump org.

I now know a little more about US corporate law - thanks Byker smile

Were those secret service agents of an age and comorbidity profile likely to put them at risk of harm from Covid, or is the pudding being over-egged?

Certainly there's an argument that being infected, they could then go on to infect the vulnerable (that would not be good at all), but to claim they themselves were at risk doesn't ring true.

It's like the Gold Rush stake-claiming days all over again. Basically do what you like when it suits you and ignore the law or even common decency.

Just this one "grift" (far too sophisticated & gentle a word for something so utterly vile) disgusts & appals me. Just this one alone should see Trump, his dreadful spawn & vile associates locked up for the rest of their existence (I refuse to use the term "lives", creatures such as these don't "live"). I've never wished harm on anyone & I won't now, but I dearly hope that when the full force of the Law is bought to bare, that no mercy, no compassion is shown. That he finally reaps the retribution of every nasty, corrupt, criminal little Seed he has ever sown. Abhorrent, every last one of them, truly vile.

I'm not as charitable as KR158. I do wish them all a great deal of harm.

I have this fantasy of trump and all of his family, in orange prison overalls, chained hand and foot so they could only shuffle, escorted up the steps of the highest court in the USA, armed guards either side! Fully televised so that his followers could witness his total downfall.

Would never happen though as I suppose it could / would cause civil uprisings in parts of the country!! shoot It's a pleasant daydream though!
