Tom Barrack pleaded not guilty in a court hearing yesterday, despite the overwhelming evidence against him. Barrack’s financial entanglements with the Trump family are extensive, including deep financial ties with Kushner, especially in the middle east.
Micheael Cohen last night said again that he thinks Kushner has quietly turned witness to protect himself, saying that unless Kushner is a cooperating witness (and he thinks he is), Kushner is in trouble now that Barrack and Weisselberg are indicted.

Gaetz and Greenes attempt to take attention away from the insurection investigation was abandoned because of protestors.
They tried to hold a news conference outside the DOJ to protest the treatment of those arrested over the insurrection attempts but were drown out by whistles, shouts of pedophile, traitors etc

Another Capitol attack arrest, this time the man known as Face Paint Blowhard, Samuel Lazar from Lancaster County with ties to GOP lawmaker Doug Mastriano. Mastriano’s campaign paid for busses to take trump supporters to Washington and Mastriano later denied knowing who Lazar was, despite many photos of the two together at many events

I think if the investigation is looking for subpoena's then more should be investigated on those accused of giving tours just before the insurrection attempt.
Greene was one of those accused. Here she is on the night of 5th Jan in front of the Capitol saying get ready to fight for America tomorrow, trump was re-elected and that the Electoral College vote was stolen.

The insurrection investigation really needs to subpoena trump and get him to testify. He won't be able to keep his mouth shut.

Mo Brooks yesterday said he was wearing body armour when he made his Capitol speech, so Brooks knew he was attending a violent scenario when he chose to address the insurrectionists, knowing that there was violence planned and his speech would further inflame the crowd.

The Daily Beast is reporting that investigators in the trump org case are investigating the inauguration funds that Don jnr and Ivanka paid to trump properties are a large markup Tom Barrack and Allen Weisselberg were also deeply involved in that inauguration fundraising and spending. Not good news for the siblings if either talk.
