Meanwhile, Georgias criminal investigators are quietly conducting interviews, collecting documents as they build their case against trump for his attempts to overturn election results.

Now he's even put it in writing...

Just 4 arrests in the end at the Capitol 'protest' which was very poorly attended. One for possession of a knife, one for possession of a gun.

The organizers repeatedly said this is a rally in support of those who have been charged with nonviolent offences. The first guest speaker was the girlfriend of Jonathan Mellis, who was charged with assaulting police with a stick

Meanwhile Shamon wannabee sees video of the violence and tells reporters there were no officers assaulted on 6 Jan

The reason why no trump supporters went to the rally is because they knew it was a setup (much like the capitol "riots"). I saw discussions about it weeks ago with people saying not to attend. Media spin as usual.

We are going to organise a protest rally, but believe that actually turning up and protesting would be counter productive as the media would report a poor turn out. Cunnng.

Weird that because if you look back over the last couple of days I posted the comments from TheDonald, Parler, Telegram etc, yet the organisers still insisted 10,000 people were going...

So no media spin - its what the organisers were telling them.

Edit: The usual GOP mouthpieces were call cowards by those that did attend. Gaetz, Greene, Cawthorne all have been vocal but didn't attend.

P.S. Duplicate account of AMGMcQueen? You have such a similar posting style

Meanwhile trump legacy continues

The U.S. has exceeded 42 million COVID cases since the start of the pandemic, with again another one million new cases in 7 days.

Are you actually delusional enough to honestly believe this, or is it just bad trolling?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand.
Are you saying there were no trump supporters on 6th Jan?
Or are you saying the 6th Jan was a setup?

I think its a duplicate account - again.

As for the insurrection attempt he tried to dismiss, as have others in trumps cult ...
Remember they've released over 2300 hours of video footage, showing over 1000 assaults on the police officers and there's more coming from the body cameras
https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21062996-v...
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

Edit: Remember what the NY Times said about people trying to dismiss the violence, whilst the trump cult like to treat it as a heroic act.

Remember trump didn't care about the people he wound up for his insurrection attempt, the approx 650 people charged for believing trump, the one trump got to throw away their careers, lives, the ones who believed trumps Big Lie.

Yesterday trump was playing golf at his resort...

643 people charged so far - here's all the names and summaries

California Gov tweeted that they have the lowest Covid rate in the US
https://twitter.com/GavinNewsom/status/14396207638...

Ted Lieu followed up with a tweet saying see what happens when you dont base decisions on Fox news, Nikki Minaj Cousin...
https://twitter.com/tedlieu/status/143972838465792...

He then made the point that according to the WP, the five states with the highest per capita covid death rates are all governed by Republicans, as are 12 of the top 13

Bad news for trump and members of the cult pushing the Big Lie.

CNN are reporting that Georgia are including Giuliani and Lindsey Graham in their probe into trumps attempt to pressure officials to discard official results. A number of witnesses have already been interviewed.

Meanwhile Eric trump went on Fox and complained that he and his family are receiving subpoena after subpoena. He then complained that the Democrats had weaponised the DOJ, ignoring that that is in fact what his father did, not the Dems, in targeting journalists, House committee members, their families etc and he's getting subpoenaed to answer for his crimes...

Further news about the long lingering death of the GOP.
trump is trying to oust McConnel now, which rather sounds like trump is just lashing out with one of his tantrumps again
https://bipartisanreport.com/2021/09/19/trump-begi...

Theres talk now and accusations that not only is the anti vaccine/mask promotion to discredit Biden, but also to use low voter turnout to out the GOP moderates and put in place the cultists. Claims made by New Hampshire State Rep. William Marsh who left the GOP.

That includes the threats and intimidation that caused Anthony Gonzalez to announce his retirement

They really are a whiney bunch of no-hopers.

It's amazing that one family can be so mired in controversy, debts, scandal, and (suggested) criminal behaviour, but yet they feel brazen (and emboldened enough) to go on a national TV channel and complain about how they are being treated?

The U.S.A. as a country I'd aspire to live in and visit regularly is rapidly diminishing as it continues the descent into this warped hellhole, driven by politics and one fat, orange twunt

Agree with all of that tbh, although given how much the Family has managed to grift off the back of Donald becoming POTUS I wouldn't call them no-hopers. Despite EVERYTHING neither Trump nor his Family have suffered any negative consequences. he's a billionaire, he's making millions and his support base is still rock solid.

I'd still love to vist/live in the USA but there seems to be a significant cancer deep within it.

Ypu'd think we'd reached rock bottom with trump, but the man continues to surprise

Not content with being under investigation in Georgia for asking them to find him votes, yesterday trump sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger asking him to start "decertifying" the 2020 election claiming widescale fraud over 43,000 votes. Claims that have been proven false.

https://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-asks-...
So happy to write a letter asking for it to be de-certified, but cant be bothered to even check what legal process they expect them to use to complete that request.
