Of the two investigations, one of them is asking her to testify because she is a material witness to trumps attempted coup, and the other is accusing her of having helped her father commit financial crimes, her name and signatures are all over the documents.

We know now about the draft order from trump for the military to seize all voting machines, the timing of which was about the same as Barr abruptly leaving, one of the many fraudulent attempts to hand the election to trump. Did Barr leave because he saw what was coming and that was too much even for Barr after he'd done all of trumps previous bidding, killing the Mueller investigation, interfering in prosecutions of team trump, clearing protestors for trumps photo op etc.

Looks like the attempt to use the military to seize the voting machines was part of the plan to disallow votes from 7 states trump lost, so he won the election by 2 votes...

Eastman was in court yesterday trying to challenge the trump insurrection investigation subpoena for approx 19,000 of his emails, including ones related to Trump.
Chapman University, his employer, says he worked for Trump without permission and his lawyer said he was working for trump at many relevant moments, a clear admission he was working for trump and not himself as he has previously claimed.

Judge David Carter asked if he was doing work on behalf of client, when Eastman, briefed hundreds of state legislators, was at the Willard Hotel and war room, and was part of the trump/ Pence meeting on 3 Jan when Pence was being pressured to throw out 7 states results giving the election to trump.

The Judge ruled that the University has to turn over Eastmans emails by midday today to his legal team so they can work out which they are claiming client/attorney privilege over then a court appointed person will decide on those and the rest can be handed over immediately. Meanwhile it turns out that Bernard Kerik told the trump insurrection investigation a lot. It was him that told them that Army colonel Phil Waldron was behind the illegal draft order to have the military seize voting machines according to Politico,but this has only come out now.

Kerik worked with Giuliani and Waldron on all the scemes to give the election to trump, appears to be the source of the leak, trying to blame others? Looks like he was the one who informed on Sydney Powell involvement.

More about this here, as the plan was to scan mail-in and absentee ballots in populous Maricopa County, remove the ‘invalid votes', i.e. those for Biden and claim trump as winner.
The e-mails also reveal that several Trump advisers, including campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis and legal adviser Bernie Kerik, were included in the discussion.
