EU troll? Vindictive shower? Persecution complex much?
You do know that AZ failing to manufacture hits the UK just as much as the EU? Or does "stirring the pot" with those who have a different viewpoint to you matter more?

You never stop, it's bonkers. You do know that AZ failing to manufacture hits the UK just as much as the EU? Or does "stirring the pot" with those who have a different viewpoint to you matter more?

All manufacturers have a difficult task to produce, some haven't made a drop yet.
Give it a rest.

Offering it on a voluntary basis I think is quite a good idea. And it really is making a dent in their vaccine rollout. They are getting up to now 1% of their population per day being given a 1st dose.
Can't agree, making it voluntary simply means absolving the authorities of responsibility which should be theirs to judge. Ther germans have behaved very curiously, they have went from being far too conservative to now being even more blase than the UK. Taking the FDA and MHRA data together, given alternatives clearly exist and germany isn't exactly in an overwhelming healthcare emergency, there is a reasonable case for AZN and JnJ should be restricted for women over 50 and men over 40. The scandis have imo overreacted a bit by blanket refusing to use it (denmark and Norway anyway, not sure Sweden/Finland) but given the increasingly obvious risks by age the german decision is almost inexplicable.madbadger said:
As I understand it NL are binning masks from next Tuesday.
I was in a call with a colleague this week who commented on the fact that the NL are catching up with the UK on vaccine rollout (not the first time he has said that) despite the fact that he is early 60s and is still a few weeks away from jab 2 and all of us in England and Wales in our 40s are now double jabbed.
Managed to do my first event abroad since this all kicked off this last weekend in France, we were due to go to Holland next, that's just been cancelled due to Covid restrictions.I was in a call with a colleague this week who commented on the fact that the NL are catching up with the UK on vaccine rollout (not the first time he has said that) despite the fact that he is early 60s and is still a few weeks away from jab 2 and all of us in England and Wales in our 40s are now double jabbed.
