My wedding car service was booked by a young woman, Church Service, onto wedding photography and then onto their celebration venue. Very personable young Bride & Groom who were polite and friendly. We arrived at the reception venue and they thanked me, invited me in for food and drinks as one of their guests. I had to decline as I had to ready for an evening booking elsewhere. Some decent people tarred with the same brush, but these were gypsies not the average travellers.

When I put it up I thought that "local government traveller outreach officer" was so obviously ridiculous that even the microbrains around here would see it as a joke. Nope.
Course you did, petal.
Actual lol. Cheers matey
yeah, we are not laughing *with* you.
Doubling down. Very PH, you'll do well here.
Oh the irony is delicious, especially from someone who seems quite proud to proclaim he is trolling. You aren't very bright are you?

Where did I proclaim that? It is racist to ban names based on the fact you think that they might belong to a group of people you don't fancy on your caravan park.

Your attempt at sneering superciliousness is as predictable as the rest of your contributions. Don't cry to me just because you jumped to the same ridiculous conclusion about an obviously fake job title as your chum upthread.

Did you witness the evening venue and or the amount of tidying up required ?

Whilst i dont doubt your interaction, i am not sure what your 4 hours can actually tell you about them. You could spend 4 hours with me and feel that i am a decent person !!

At the start of this quoted post.... the very definition of trolling.

Do you somehow think you are winning here? Run along now.

By the way ... just looked at your profile pic. I suppose that's not really you based on your job profile being "fake" but if it is.... oh my word roflrofl

Wouldn't it be easier to just keep a list of those specific individuals who are known troublemakers and bar them from the venue?

Let's just say Mr. Paddy O'Plonker engaged in uncivil activity, causing him to be barred from the place. Would it be unreasonable to keep a list with Mr. Paddy O'Plonkers's name on it to ensure he not cause any disturbances in the future?

Now if you were to bar everyone with the surname O'Plonker, that would be a different matter entirely.

Are we all in agreement on this?

I'm fine with it;
1) I wouldn't be seen dead at Pontins
2) I'm not called o'Plonker
3) It's not my insurance premium.

Generally but but but, suppose then over a number of seasons you had trouble with a number of bookings under the O'Plonker name, different forenames each time. Trouble from the O'Plonker clan being at a rate out of proportion to all other bookings, what do you then do? Clearly you can just keep adding each one to the list so you eventually have a hundred different O'Plonkers listed. in my view there comes a point when it would be arguable to say enough is enough.

I sort of see your point but let me run another scenario by you....

Sean O'Plonker is an honest, law-abiding citizen. He's not related to Paddy O'Plonker and has never even met him.

Should Sean O'Plonker be punished simply because he happens to have the misfortune of sharing a surname with Paddy?

I'm feeling a bit aggrieved that my surname is not on the list. I feel left out now.
