Why what would they say?
They are saying that it started mid January, after the vaccine roll out, they have been run off their feet. Just search, on twitter, a few are speaking out.
Then go and ask your local one see what they are saying too. I did, and they said exactly the same thing. They are more clued up about death than most people, they get to speak to the deceased's loved ones.

Stories breaking on Twitter and Facebook that NHS workers are being told to book holidays now and prepare to for the next lockdown in September.
More and more are coming forward.
They are also hiring hundreds of extra staff to put in airports etc. for mass testing.
Anyone know any more?
Which pub were you in when you heard this nonsense? More and more are coming forward.

Nobody is dying of Covid, but loads of people are dying of vaccinations.
The vaccine has caused its own pandemic, cos… Twitter.

This chap isn't even a member of SAGE. It's just an "expert" providing his personal opinion. It's utterly meaningless (not that it would be particularly more meaningful if a SAGE bod or minister was saying it).

The review of the use of Covid passports in England hasn't even been completed yet as it hasn't been published. Lots of people on here assuming it will bring in restrictions on those not vaccinated. The large event pilots such a Wimbledon have entry criteria where you are either fully vaccinated or have a negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending. Can't see that discriminates against the non vaccinated.
The Guardian suggests the whole thing is a damp squib and for domestic stuff it's just not going to happen: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2021/jun/18/u...
Posters on here are complaining about something that hasn't been decided yet let alone implemented. As for employers requiring staff to get vaccinated; that's down to the employer. Employment tribunals and the courts will decide whether this is legal or not. I suspect they will decide it's not in a lot of cases.
So the vaccinated would be able to get on with their lives as normal, but the unvaccinated would need to pass tests that we know are imperfect in order to participate in society. Recent reports indicate 60% of LFDs are false positives cleared by confirmatory PCRs. A study just published suggests 50-75% of PCR positives are ‘post infectious’
And you can’t see anything discriminatory in this idea?

I didn't say that. I said I didn't see that as discriminatory for Wimbledon. The Download Festival pilot requires a negative PCR test and negative lateral flow test on the day to enter. This is discriminating against people who are currently infected with SARS-COV2 and people who get a false positive. The government are allowing various events to go ahead whilst trying out various options. We don't know what if any the restrictions are going to be for large public events going forward (if any) because that's the whole point of a pilot is to test various options out. People going to Download were told that if they got a positive LFT on the day, to do another one (and even a third) to guard against FPs. Thankyou4calling said:

What are these ‘pilot projects’ a pilot for?
Have they done one where they just drop all restrictions and let people get on with life, because that’s the only future I am interested in.
