Exactly. Some of the chaps in this thread should hang their head in shame.g4ry13 said:
With such limited available information how are you able to make any assertion about her innocence?
Yep, good point Gary, hence why I said “appears to be innocent”.This may be a case of mistaken identity, she may have been caught in the crossfire.....
Or she could be up to her neck in it? I don’t know, but I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt based upon what little I know.
Hopefully not,
especially if you read between the lines here:
"It is believed that the shooting occurred near a house where a party was taking place and that a number of people may have been in the area, a Met police statement said."
another victim of London gang culture by the sounds of it.
another victim of communities full of broken families and no father figures
another victim of communities in grinding poverty with a paucity of hope and ambition
I don't like BLM, it simplifies complicated issues to a "simple" answer.
I do believe the experience of communities who migrate with "money" is markedly different to those without "money"- to wit, east African Indians fleeing the likes of Idi Amin and the windrush generation.

Actually you are more comparing the experience of those with education, and a cultural expectation of success, with those without that. The Ugandan Asians left with nothing, so you can hardly say they migrated with "money".

As far as I am aware... this incident is more related to rival gangs as opposed to her activism

How many times did you hear BLM ever talk about the above ?especially if you read between the lines here:

.
It was always oppression by the "white man"

Did she actually tweet this ?
She seems utterly delightful !And folk on here moan about Trump being ‘racist’?
It is disappointing to see stuff like that though, I suspect most black people just want equality and would see that kind of stuff as counterproductive, its so daft to say it and just makes her lose credibility.

Sasha Johnson: Black Lives Matter activist critical after shooting, her political party says.
This has all the ingredients to begin a chain of violence. I certainly hope it doesn't....

Has all the ingredients for a PH thread where people try to outdo each other in displaying lack of empathy, schadenfreude, indirect racism and just being unpleasant human beings. Perhaps I’m being too cynical though. This has all the ingredients to begin a chain of violence. I certainly hope it doesn't....

He (or she) posts the same thing on every remotely political thread.
Apparently being sympathetic to a young mum who has been shot in the head makes you “woke” on NP&E. Elsewhere that would simply qualify you as a normal person.

Well, he is I guess, but if she did come out with that, it doesnt change anything regarding her being shot, thats horrendous and nobody should be doing the "Ner ner ner" sort of thing, its a young woman who has been shot in the head.

Indeed, and the sooner we do away with the laws keeping non-whites out of our schools, universities, and out of the professional careers the better. It is disappointing to see stuff like that though, I suspect most black people just want equality.
It's outrageous in this day and age that the state still thinks it fair to hold down a group like this based on skin colour.
Time to desegregate the schools, allow people to sit where they want on the bus, and drop the ban on black people being police officers, lawyers, or teachers.

If there wasn’t a queue of the usual suspects on here wanting to make nasty comments about people whose political views they don’t agree with, I wouldn’t have to point it out. Read the posts above. Few show any genuine sympathy or empathy.

And yet rather than you offering any sympathy you are just accusing others of being nasty.Apparently being sympathetic to a young mum who has been shot in the head makes you “woke” on NP&E. Elsewhere that would simply qualify you as a normal person.
Interesting.
