If you say so, Biggles. Any chance of you elaborating on your "credentials". You were keen to post them (whatever they were) and seek a bit of internet kudos after all.
You're forgetting the tiny detail that you specifically asked me to do so. But whatever.

Carry on pontificating- you're amusing.

.
To be fair he did seem to post a copy of his commission into the forces, while the closest you've come to doing the same is to claim that you live next door to a bloke who claims to have been in them himself.

Isn't it a bit unseemly to demand more from someone who's conclusively trumped your own?

When your dad and Lance used to go drinking by the way, did you go along, or is your expertise based on what Lance told your dad who then told you?

Putin has said they Russia could have sunk the RN warship, and ‘it would not start WWIII’ meaning that NATO would not retaliate.

If they had sunk the destroyer, what could NATO have done?
Destroy the Kuznetsov in dry dock (where it's most often found).
Probably fairer to take the tug out. One ocean going vessel for another.

Didn't the dry dock catch fire and sink not that long ago?

Depends. Biggles could be have been an Air Vice Marshall for all I know or he could know know absolutely nothing about aircraft. Being in the RAF doesn't automatically mean you do.
My Lt CDR RN neighbour does though. He's like the all knowing Oracle. Aircraft were his life, man and boy. I am usually in awe when he speaks. I can send you a signed photograph if you like, for a moderate fee.

You think I'm being serious in my last post, cold ?

Perhaps you should reevaluate how seriously serious you take yourself and others on this forum.

"A good pilot is compelled to evaluate what's happened so he can apply what he's learned" - Tom Skerritt, Top Gun.
There's some more cringe for you but those words do seem fitting for both the thread, PH in general and the subjects being discussed.

You seek to attack the poster, not the opinion. It's a childish tactic but, unfortunstely, it is your usual line of attack.
Pot/Kettle I would suggest. The majority of the abuse is directed from you to members that obviously have direct experience and knowledge of the equipment you seem keen to deride, because you cannot hold a discussion and believe you are the proclaimed self expert in everything military.

Perhaps you forgot to add that you are also 22 Regiment SAS (Territorial obviously).
That would be 21 or 23 then...
Or ? Oh, come on. Dave serves in both. Simultaneously.
I'm not at liberty to describe my military service, nor my current activity, for obvious reasons, As I wish to maintain my current employment, I'm out.

Well if Bozza wouldn’t do anything when the United Kingdom suffered a chemical attack what would he do if the Russians actually carried out their threat of bombing our galant armed forces in the Black Sea?

And if the carrier group now pootles off to China, do you think the Chinese will be emboldened or shaking in their boots by Bozza’s antics?
Maybe it would have been down to Terressa May regarding the poisoning of a few people?
