Epstein liked them young, but post puberty, so technically not a paedophile. Not that I expect Daily Fail readers to understand the difference.

Epsteins brother on Piers Morgans show claiming it was Epstein that cut ties with trump when he realised he was a crook, and that Epstein was murdered to keep him quiet

Flight logs showed trump was on Epsteins plane 7 times. Whats he covering up, he hasn't been accused, so why lie and claim it's AI?

Part of the issue is that the concepts of "youth" and "teenager" have ceased to exist. Someone of 17 years old is a "child" until their 18th birthday when they suddenly become an "adult". People of, say, 16 are IMO nothing like 10-year olds and should be able to take some responsibility for themselves. After all, they can get a pilot's licence! In 2023 the legal age for marriage was increased from 16 to 18 in hope of suppressing the forced marriages prevalent in some communities.

Between the ages of 10 and 18 (England & Wales) a child is considered old enough to start taking responsibility for any criminal actions. It's somewhat illogical that they aren't expected to similarly take responsibility for their own wellbeing.

Isn't the actual issue more to do with the fact that these females were trafficked to the island? Regardless of age (obviously it is worse if they were underage as well) they were certainly the victims of abuse.

There's other claims as well.
The rape of a 13 year old and in the 2008 trial for which he got a plea deal for procuring a child for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute, they had identified thirty-six girls Epstein sexually abused, some as young as 14 years old...

The lawsuit that claimed some were as young as 11
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/...

Remember the original investigation came becaus the parents of a 14 year old informed police Epstein had sexually assaulted her

the 'people' have changed the meaning of the word pedo/nonce now and the term of Ephebophilia is never going to get any mainstream traction as it's seen as diluting the severity of the crime and the general public are extremely passionate about their hatred for this type of offence

re: responsibility - I don't know what it's like now but I actually know of a girl who got prosecuted for sending pics of herself to people online when she was 16 - she actually got on the sex offenders register for it and got in a lot of trouble! (10ish years ago)

Yup. Whilst not the perfect location for accurate information, Wikipedia has some information too:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Epstein#:~:t...

It varies from state to state, but child trafficking laws are pretty strict in their definition. Most have provisions for 'under 18' being classified as a child and this is across state and national borders. Penalties are harsh as many US states have had issues with this in the past.

Calling Epstein a 'child sex trafficker' is accurate.

Plus the 20 years old Russian model who “ mysteriously fell to her death from her Manhattan apartment “ and who had also been to Epsteins island….

Read today that Epstein's private 727-100 BBJ (erm... that's Boeing Business Jet) dubbed "Lolita Express" is being scrapped.

Same reason no one wanted the Rolls Royce that J S owned.

Not a good look travelling around in a diddlers favourite mode of transport.

Well to begin with, it's a 727-100, they stopped making them almost 40 years ago. There's not much of a market for a 40+ yr old jet airliner designed in the 60s, previous owner's reputation wouldn't help either.

Its 54 years old, hasn't flown since 2016, and no longer has any engines anyway. Its now in a fairly poor state having been sitting outside with no maintenance on it for nearly 8 years, and a 727 is a very expensive thing to operate as a private jet, so its not really a surprise that its going to be broken up.

I read the owner was unaware of it's history, and was unable to sell so is breaking for parts.

There are only 35 still active ( link - so it is possible that is worth more as parts?
