Andrea Jenkyns. fking hell. Just when you think you’ve reached the bottom you find more barrel.
It’s disgraceful and demonstrates just how far we have fallen, if this was happening in some far off African nation we would be laughing. There are a core on here and elsewhere who supported Johnson until the game was well and truly up, whose stock response was ‘Grrr Boris’ to any and every example of how amoral this sack of Eaton Mess really is. We all know they have neither the grace, backbone or intelligence to admit they were duped, he got Brexit done though.

Have I missed something? Why did he not gave Nadine the Luscious Liverpudlian a peerage? I don't think anybody else in the Constituency Tory party has licked more BJ rectum than her.....I'm not surprised she's peeved.

Must admit I’m confused at some of the reactions. It’s a pretty tame/dull list compared to days gone by.
I’m bemused by Fabricant though. Not sure why anybody would bother rewarding him or even noticing his existence - beyond his hair.
Lord knows what Nadine is playing at though.

Is this what she meant by "he who laughs last" (and the finger) or is that still to come?

I haven't had hundreds of local MPs to compare with each other but I know she's my worst so far. So many blunders, misguided posts, laughable appointments, the think-tank that didn't exist, the finger to the crowd, giving herself whiplash by falling off her office chair, a reference for someone who said they'd hurt Yvette Cooper... it goes on.

The entire list is an absolute st show.

She once called me a "left wing troll" because I asked what the source was for a photo of some new streetlights she was opposed to, they (local independent councillors) fitted them anyway despite her petition against them.

I've still no idea where the image was from and I'm still not left wing.

fking enormous LOL at Dorries.

6 hours ago she said she won’t stand down early because she didn’t want to trigger a by-election.

6 hours later she does exactly that.

You love to see it.
If we could only attach the Tories to a generator, their backflips could solve the power crisis.

They’re all on the Starmer thread now.

Seems they’ve all got collective amnesia as they’re hugely critical of everything Labour does whilst forgetting they defended all the crap that Boris & Co pulled.

He's still a sitting member of parliament for Uxbridge and South Ruislip. He's going to stay there until the next GE and probably be shuffled off to the safest seat possible.

IIRC about the prime ministership, he "resigned" in the same way people "jump" off a bridge before someone pushes them.

Of course they are, they’ve run out of road so the only way forward is operation fear, something they still like to remind the remain campaigners of, how funny.

Still, as some wag commented recently…… INGERLAND, two world wars, one World Cup.

Not this carp again.

Pointing out hysteria from the Grrr Boris coterie wasn't and isn't defending, it's discussion. Boris got what was coming, making up the same old stories isn't necessary.

The Ingerland blah looks like it was borrowed from the pile of similar stereotyping junk from remainers in the brexit thread, if not then it's a good imitation.

It's hardly surprising that Starmer and Labour are being criticised given they're throwing away a fairly safe election win, not earned but gifted by Johnson, on the back of tried and failed class warfare and other self-inflicted rump-appeasing tactics. If Labour win the next GE, those who'll suffer won't be the people envyists hope, as ever it'll be deprived households with no options or very few options available to them. Recall the 1% getting wealthier under Blair with Socialist Worker complaining about it. Go Starmer!

I wonder when the last time was that Johnson actually did the work of a constituency MP. Motherfker is stealing a wage there.

I’m pleased. I hope it gets worse and worse every time. It’s been a pisstake for decades, and I’m happy that it gets worse and worse and worse and therefore cannot even hope to pretend to be anything other than a corrupt shameless system. I don’t see bojos as worse than any others.

Bizarre. Those who clearly don’t deserve honours will be mocked for the rest of their lives, especially if they insist on using them.

He's standing down as an MP.

His statement has all the humility and grace you'd expect.

Another by-election.
