Part of me thinks "Good". There is a cancer within US society and it's been growing for decades. i think mainstream US need to see it out in the open and decide which faction they want to align with.

He is diminished massively. Just because many Republicans are willing to vote for him in a primary I'm not convinced they are willing to get arrested and thrown in jail for him any more.

Depends where. If he's being arrested in Florida it could draw a sizable crows of supporters. More in Texas, less so in NY.

If he does get arrested you can be sure a crowd will be there just to watch like a rubberneckers at a burning building.

Whilst I think his true supporters are a fraction of the number who voted for him, that's still thousands if not tens of thousands.

The lack of a Jan 6 reboot will drive him even more bonkers when he sees his waning support.

There is a reason he hasn't done those big rallies for over a year.
