Dominion Lawyers are up before Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis asking for a pretrial judgement to decide for them against Fox without going to trial based on the evidence they have collected and filed. If the judge rules so, then the trial will only be about how much Fox will have to pay...

Fox are still trying to get the case dropped, claiming trumps Big Lie was newsworthy and covered by the first amendment, unfortunately Dominion have already proved Many of Fox anchors and management knew that to be false.

Astonishing really, Fox's lawyers are presumably Dumb & Dumber.
On top of this, Fox are now being sued by producer Abby Grossberg, who claims she was coerced into giving misleading testimony in the case...
Yep, Byker covered that this morning. It's easy to miss stuff now as things seem to be speeding up nicely. Wonder if there could be a bit of a legal race going on among lawyers representing trump's opponents. Might they be worried about potentially losing out on compensation for their clients if he's been banged up? IANAL, obviously and have no idea if that would be a thing.

Fox filed suit against her yesterday to keep her quiet, they wanted a a restraining order to prevent her from divulging privileged information that it said would cause the network to “suffer immediate irreparable harm., which is why she counter sued.

Surely trump didn't lie about today, just so he could grift more?

Today he's announced if elected he will enact his revenge against anyone he thinks has wronged him - sorry thats form a ‘Truth & Reconciliation Commission to “expose the hoaxes” of the Deep State, he will crackdown and prosecute govt leakers, and will move 100,000 govt jobs out of DC to “places filled with patriots who love America.”

Came here to post the same... it's all made up isn't it.

Note the hype about this over the weekend came from his camp, not the prosecutor.

I wonder how much money he hoovered up in the last 48 hours.

Apparently a lot of his supporters may not turn up as they’re worried about deep state plants causing violence. That’s a problem when you rely on conspiracy nuts to try and protect you.

Those loony left palm trees hehe

It's a quarter to three here in Colombia, (-5 GMT, so central US time), is it actually going to happen?

Or just an excuse to grift?

Nothing was expected today as the Grand Jury meets on Mondays and Wednesdays. Yesterday they saw a witness, possibly there is another witness tomorrow. Once all witnesses are done they take a vote on whether to indict on the basis of is there probable cause a crime was committed. In this case it's highly unlikely they will not find there was.

My thoughts exactly.
I keep coming here in the vague hope that he may pay for his crimes.
But no.
Their system is broken.

He will be indicted more than once. He will lose politically a lot.

But if you expect actual real consequences, this thread will still be updated daily until the day he croaks on his gold toilet.

Surely the US authorities would have just said “You know what? He’s blown our Tuesday plan by blabbing at the weekend - let’s just scrap it for now and do it when nobody is expecting it.”

Personally, I’d love it if they swooped just as he was about to tee off biggrin
