I was going to say nothing surprises me anymore but both of these things have.

The video is ridiculous and I'm baffled how even they've had the stupidity to post it

Gullis being made deputy is insulting. He's a horrific individual who hasn't a likable bone in his body

There’s a Birmingham video as well… not quite as hyperbolic, but Project Fear clearly underway.

Jonathan Gullis is an excellent choice to be deputy chairman
A man who has had a mixed real world background unlike many of these Labour types who think they know whats best for joe public whilst doing media studies on a UNI course
As an ex teacher he will know how annoying parents can be and how much better it would be if they kept their noses out of their childrens education

I came across this picture and in my opinion it captures the essence of what he is about

He is a winner and he is pictured with a great winner who turned into a sinner.
Two political giants walking determinately to capture the voters hearts and minds. How can anyone resist such a spectacle
It's a foretaste of what we can expect in the next election campaign

I can only rejoice in Mr Sunaks fine choice. Unlike some other posters who constantly snipe abour Rishi. I think it's an inspired choice.
It will have been hard for Rishi to work out who to make Deputy chair. His choice has been wide. I can't remember a time in politics when both the government and primary opposition had so many absolutely excellent MP's It's the reason why I think a government of national unity made up of the top talent from the major parties could be the salvation of the country.

It's not often I hear my wife say this but on hearing the news of Mr Gullis's appointment said "WOWZEY Pure Gold 24 carat "
With a front bench like this the only way is UP
Back in 1997 Labours campaign song was things can only get better by wet dreamz
The conservatives should (IMO obviously) choose this gem from Yazz to get the message across

Possible scenarios; Sunak is rewarding Gullis for leading out the media round last week when we all thought they were going to knife him. Gullis threatened to defecate to Tice's limited company & it's a bribe. Or Sunak is too stupid to learn the lesson of 30p Lee & is about to shoot himself in the face again, Whatever it is, the corpse is twitching & needs a coup de grace.

Presumably Sunak's fault and not the Labour government's for some reason.

It had it's highest rating ever in 2010 - but do tell me how nothing that's happened in the last 14 years is relevant.

Was that when Labour took power and broke everything?

So now tell us why it's Labour's fault despite not being in power.

Braverman to speak at "NatCon 2024" alongside Hungarian premier Viktor Orban:

https://www.thelondoneconomic.com/politics/who-is-...

Article said:
The senior Tory, who was banished from Rishi Sunak’s government late last year, is likely to deliver a stinging rebuke of the PM – just weeks before the polls open for local elections across the country. The London mayoral vote also takes place on 2 May.

Her fiery rhetoric could hammer another nail into Sunak’s coffin, with pressure growing on the Tory leader to call a General Election as soon as possible. Braverman’s presence at NatCon is also likely to cause more headaches for the party.

Last month, the 49-day Prime Minister Liz Truss fraternised with extreme-right figures in the US, drawing disgust from observers back home. She even gave an interview to Steve Bannon, blaming the presence of a ‘deep state’ for cutting her premiership short.

Braverman’s date with demagoguery is set to lumber the Tories with more existential, identity-based questions.
