Choose your dates wisely,May is full of Bank holidays so expect a lower level of unrest.
If you can hold off until July they will all be in the South on holiday.

Do you know many people who can do manual or semi manual work at 67yrs old?

Yet we are not even raising an eyebrow.
It's a funny thing though loss of skilled labour which is reported often makes me ask nit if 60 plus age group can't do it but if many can't.
62 here still carrying 30kg boxes of tiles up flights of stairs. My apprentice struggles though but he has only been doing it for 6 months. Stopping is the problem, take two weeks off and the first few weeks back are hard. I was lucky as I landscaped the garden during the first lockdown when everything stopped for 3 months, not sure I would have been able to return to the old job after 3 months off just sitting doing nothing which is what seems to have happened for a good few people. After almost two years being paid not to work not a chance.
